Appearance:
Like many of her Uchiha family, Mei has long black hair. While most would complain that long hair is detrimental to fighting, Mei has never shown any discomfort at fighting, regardless of her hair style and length. Often her hair is the focus of her looks, causing some of the more vain people to envy her for her looks. Though not one of those freaks with eighty pounds of sheer muscle, Mei does not lack strength, most of her muscle is compact in density, rather than bulging like those which are solely for show. Like most ninja, Mei's size often allows her opponents to underestimate her, which is usually a very foolish mistake.

Being of average height, 5'7 to be exact, Mei does not have the enormous reach that someone of six foot plus would. Regardless of this, she does have long legs, which will often be used to destroy everything in her path. Her weight, average for her height, is in the range of 120 lbs. Due to this, she is often called light on her feet. She has a few scars on both of her arms, courtesy of her father. The individuals scars themselves go around her biceps, due to the way they occurred.

As to her outfit, Mei prefers to wear a sleeveless vest, with a green V-neck undershirt, also sleeveless. The vest itself has a good three inch collar. While the main portion of the vest is gray, the vest has dark red trim on it. The outfit she wears usually appears to be a noble-esque style. As to her facial features, Mei has a small but pointed nose, which is perfectly halfway between her lips and eye brows. Her eyebrows themselves are thin, and pointed towards the far sides of the face. Her eyes, as with most uchiha, are black, and a bit bigger than average, but not grossly so. Her face curves into a thin but rounded chin.

Personality:
Compassion - While many look at compassion as a weakness, Mei demands that it be shown always. Especially towards children or towards the injured. She is one to bring food to those in need and often takes off during her duties to help someone. She may be punished by the elders if she's caught, but she finds it worth the satisfaction of showing someone a kindness she herself is not often shown.

Undoubting - In addition to her compassion, Mei always gives someone the benefit of the doubt. This can lead to a bit of a naivety on her part depending on how much she trusts a certain person. She believes in second chances when she believes it should be granted, which usually comes from the previous discrepancy towards her or someone close to her.


Affectionate - Mei is the seeker of happy relationships, whether it be friends, family, or otherwise. She enjoys a healthy rivalry from time-to-time but would much rather a friendship. It tends to lead her to feel a lot of affection and she expresses that towards each type of relationship in different ways. For example, she would constantly dote on her friends and give them gifts that she thinks reminds her of them. For a lover, she would possibly be strongly passionate in lovemaking and other things that relate to a relationship such as that. Either way, one can expect her to care very much about the things that upset her friends.

Impolite - It isn't that she means to be, but when Mei is distressed she becomes rather impolite and rude, often to the point that she points out a huge flaw she has spotted. Indeed the girl becomes less than her usual friendly self and has, if feeling particularly harsh, the ability to tear apart a relationship she has with someone close to her. Afterwards, she always feels horrid and wishes she could take back the things she said even though most, if not all, were true.

Listening - This trait she kept from when she was a teenager. She always had the intuition to talk less about herself, bundling all of her problems within herself, and listen to others. She always hated talking about herself, it was a little egotistical in her eyes. Besides that, Mei liked listening to people's problems. It usually helped her see that she wasn't the only one suffering and that someone else could even possibly be suffering worse than she. Whenever she listened, they would ask her for advice as well. And she gave it freely. Whether they took it or not was up to the wielder of her wise words.

Dishonest - To a point,Mei will lie. It doesn't necessarily mean she's the biggest liar in the history of the world, but it is a small sin she turns to in need of protecting those she loves. True, it would be better to tell the truth immediately rather than come clean. Time doesn't heal certain wounds, she knows, but in certain situations she would rather be lied to when it's not something that could have an affect on a life.

Open-Minded - She always wants to learn something new, especially when it comes to ideas. She won't reject an idea outright until it's proven that it would be costly or pointless. Even then, she adds to the idea to improve upon it so that it may be quite useful. In the same way she listens to people's problems, she considers the ideas that they put forth so that they may contribute in times of need. She did the same before she becoming a Shinobi and was one of those "strange" children.

Uncaring - This trait does not come into play until she has reached a certain point. This point, though it is not certain how you reach it unless you already have reached it, comes about when you have forsaken Mei one too many times. If you have taken her kindness and treated her wrongly afterwards, then she will slowly sink into a point of no return in your relationship. The more trouble that comes, the less she cares. Not only does this tend to happen outside of battle, but when she has seen someone die and fights to avenge them. She becomes cold and distant in those moments and to regain her old self, you must either apologize and prove you are apologetic (in the situation you are not fighting her) or defeat her (in battle) or die (also in battle).

Flirt-This trait comes from her love of woman,it was one of the many things she stood for honesty. When she became more unstable and manipulative she will also flirt with  any woman that grabbed her attention it was a must in her part allowing her for more time to continue having fun,she viewed it as a game one which she enjoyed.

Amazoness- Though her kind heart sometimes get the better of her she have a warriors heart. She will push all her feelings aside in the heat of battle making her one of the deadliest to fight. As she goes into battle she changes having a complete makeover and being determined to beat the living shit out of anyone who dared fucked with her. She was seen to be a Amazoness when it came to pure battle doing everything in her power to win,but she still had a heart when it came to her clan members needing help.

Psychopath-she appears as an extremely shy and gentle girl who stands at odds with the places she is in. This was also seemingly confirmed by her love for flowers. In truth, this reserved and quiet personality is just a ruse that she projects to make those around her feel secure, and to mask her true nature; that of a sadistic psychopath so twisted that she becomes sexually aroused by witnessing others suffering. Which lead to her torturing those around her and even her friends if they pissed her off,She notes it as the ultimate pleasure.

Under A Leader-Mei staunchly loyal, firm, and unbending in her beliefs. She is a hard worker and takes a strong moral stance — she particularly believes in following orders. She is generally reserved and truly not arrogant in any manner like her Allies.

As Leader-Mei though she is not above mocking/joking around with her opponents or smirking while in combat, a trait also seen in her predecessor. She will not hesitate in the slightest to strike down even her subordinates if they stand in her way. She chooses to ignore all her subordinates, including her own blood if they get on her nerves, believing that personal struggle builds character.

Abilities/Perks:

Mei Of The Body Flicker-Mei being extremely skilled in the use of the body flicker technique/Variations is able to use the technique at less cost of chakra than others,being able to use body flicker continuously without tiring the cost of body flicker is 80% less.

Aura sensing-This ability was first used by Izami it is a helpful tool with the sharingan and used to not only to pinpoint a target by their aura their given off but allows Mei to learn about the person statistic wise just so her to see just how strong people are. This in all helps tell what kinda person they are and how high their stats are.

Sharingan Mastery-Due to Mei using her sharingan over the years she learned to use it with a less cost to her,meaning the cost for using her sharingan is 50% less than the normal cost making her get a advantage over other uchiha.

Tactical Sensory-This is a special ability developed by Mei over her years of training and trying to prove to her father she could be become better than the man of the clan. This perk allows her to sense things within the range by listening to the wind or sensing a disturbance in the winds movements this make it extremely difficult to sneak up on her as the range of the sensory strech out to 30m with her at the center. Since her element is wind this technique is usable,so she can feel and sense moving vibrations within her range
