Seeing as it is in the Canon it was said Genin shouldn't be easily able to use this, I would suppose the Chakra Cost should be increased from low tier C Rank cost to high tier C Rank Cost which I think the max of the range is 30? That seems a bit more appropriate. Also, for a C Rank, 60 feet wide and 60 feet long at the end is a bit much, can you lower the width at the end of the cone? Everything else is fine about that.

And as you'll see I posted on Great Fire Annihilation, please fix the heat force number to be not so.....how to put it.......HUGE

Then, if you would be so kind, to give me some form of guide as to what rank, should have what numbers behind it, since one does not exist? It is important to tell the applicant what number to put, it saves time and speeds up approval because they put what you ask, instead of guessing on numbers and waiting when systems do not exist.

Since it is merely a C Rank jutsu and the heat is whatever the number is times ten, including also that added heat force for 1-200 on the scale is whatever the number is times 2, I would say an appropriate number would be between 50-75 for this jutsu, not necessarily 50, but also not necessarily 75. You choose the number

Endurance 1100-2,000: You can walk through these flames. They take four turns of continual contact to start burning you.


510-1000 - 5100-10,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Endurance 1-100: You are vaporized.
Endurance 100-500: You are vaporized.
Endurance 500-700: You are vaporized.
Endurance 800-900: You are burned through flesh and bone.
Endurance 910-1,500: You are burned through flesh at 5,100-6,000. After that you are vaporized.

Nowhere on this does it say a rough estimate on how hot a rank of jutsu should be, which is why I said, as a staff, you should tell your applicants the numbers, and not leave it up to assumptions, as it only tells how hot things are, nothing more.

I have had it at 50 the entire time, before you say it is to high, and now you're saying it's the bare minimum of what you're wanting? Hopefully you're not saying for me to have it only at 50 degrees and have a 5 in heat force, which would be idiotic.

I request for another staff to take this over, as it is clear by Ever's actions on Great Fire Annihilation that you're just harassing my applications out of your own petty spite, and are incapable of judging me fairly.

I honestly apologize for the misunderstanding with 50-75, I had forgot that it was 100 on Great Fire Annihilation, not this one which was only 50. I am at fault there.

As for the fact that there is no guide to what rank should be what force, granted, maybe we should have one, but that hasn't stopped plenty of members up until now from coming up with numbers of Force for their jutsu, so forgive me if I don't understand why you seem to be having trouble with it. The system does have a scale of how much damage each range does to different levels of Endurance, so maybe, if you connect the dots, you could find through the Attribute System and descriptions of Endurance how powerful level of Endurance is and determine from there what level of Heat Force it should be.

As for judging you fairly, I most certainly am. I care not for "Ever's actions on Great Fire Annihilation" as I was uninformed that he would be changing the Heat System, nobody is at fault and nobody is to blame. I also do not wish to argue points besides those that actually have to do with the jutsu being registered with you, as it wastes time and causes unnecessary frustration.

Please include now what rank of jutsu (Obviously Water jutsu) can counter and dowse the technique, and that will be about it.
