Just for me to get a good understanding of this jutsu, I presume that after the 24 hours your chakra goes back up to full? And then when you absorb the chakra you stat is DOUBLED? I.e., Viper uses the seal, places in his bedroom, exit thread, day OOC passes, new thread in bedroom, BOOM Viper has 1k Chakra pool now?
