Name: Mind's Eye of the Kagura Rank: SS Chakra Cost: 200/ 70 every turn to keep active Force: Type: Ninjutsu Element: Hand Signs: Range: 150 Meters Requirements: Description: This ability allows the user to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range of 150 meters. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, the user can perceive its location and movement with great detail but unless they have prior knowledge of who the person they are sensing is, or they have verified who it is by eyesight or logic, they will not know who has what chakra signature. Chakra appears unique to everyone else’s to the user. Once they do find out who has which chakra the user can differentiate between them. Drawbacks: This can’t be used while trying to suppress the user’s chakra. A RANK - ” Puppet Performance: Skilful Achievement with a Human Body:
Name: Puppet Performance: Skilful Achievement with a Human Body Rank: A Chakra Cost: 120 Force: Chakra Type: Puppetry Element: Hand Signs: Range: range of puppetry Requirements: Puppetry 75 Description: The user attaches chakra threads to a dead or living human body. After doing this the user can use the body just like a puppet. This will put that body’s speed at the speed of the user plus any bonuses given by the uses puppet class. If the opponent already has threads attached to them the jutsu can be cast using those threads.
Should the target resist they must have a strength higher than the force of this jutsu.if they do the user is incapable of controlling them. However if the user successfully attaches the puppet threads this jutsu reduces the speed of that person by 1/2 the users chakra.
The user may utilize that person’s weapons and items but not their jutsu.
In terms of puppets the controlled person counts as one of the puppets the user can control. Drawbacks: failure to attach the threads ends this jutsu. As does having the threads cut. Combination with other techs: Combos well with Thread the Needle perk.

Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.
This adds a hardness of 300 to the users skin and adds a force of 100 to all their physical attacks with their body Drawbacks: Combination with other techs: this increases the striking power of the Hyuuga’s Gentle fist style causing physical as well as internal damage. Blows from the gentle fist style reduce the targets endurance by 10 as well with each blow when this jutsu is active however the extra effort that this jutsu takes to maintain at the same time reduces the hyuuga’s endurance by 5 for each blow.
- ” Stormy Blockade”:
Name: Stormy Blockade Rank: B Chakra Cost: 80 Force: 200 crushing and sweeping Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Hand Signs: Ram then touch the surface your standing on Range: 50 meters Requirements: Description: The justu allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky to crush and sweep away their opponents. The water is summoned anywhere within the range of the jutsu but if the water leaves the range it can no longer be controlled. The user can control the direction of the water, but only for two posts before losing control. The water moves out in waves once hitting the ground. The water can be controlled for 2 posts withing the range of the jutsu If caught in the wave and if the opponent has a strength less than the sweeping force the opponent is swept along with the wave and the opponent takes the crushing force of the wave. Once the jutsu ends the water remains as a source if needed for other jutsu Drawbacks: User must stand still while controlling the water Combination with other techs: This jutsu is a conduit for lightning style jutsu increasing the shoking force of any Lightning style ninjutsu by 200 when used in coordination with this jutsu.
C RANK - ” Water Prison Jutsu”:
Name: Water Prison Jutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 30 Force: density 100 Type: Element: Hand Signs: Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Snake → Ox → Clap Hands Range: 2 meters Requirements: a source of water Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.
The water has a density of 100. It will not crush only restrain.
Drawbacks: if the users hand leaves the sphere the jutsu ends Combination with other techs:

Name: Hiding like a mole technique Rank: C Chakra Cost: 30 Force: .5 x chakra Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Hand Signs: none Range: personal Requirements: Earth element Description: Allows the user to flow their chakra into the surrounding earth, thus turning it temporarily into a fine sand. During this process the user can sink into the ground and travel through it, the sand acting to "push" the user whilst under the ground, allowing them to move freely. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. The user cannot burrow through other Doton jutsu unless the force of this jutsu surpasses the Doton jutsu’s hardness. Drawbacks: While moving through the earth the users speed is halved Combination with other techs: allows the use of Headhunter jutsu. Due to the chakra being earth chakra the user can use other earth style or non-elemental jutsu while underground.
- ” Wind Style: Gale Palm:
Name: Wind Style: Gale Palm Rank: C Chakra Cost: 40 Force: 100 Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Hand Signs: Claps Hands Range: 5 meters Requirements: Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Creates a directional gale (can be omni-direction, with the user at the center, but can cover only 180 degrees)
Any physical projectiles in range are deflected or even reflected with speed equal to technique's Force. If used on ongoing projectiles increases their speed and force by the technique's force. Anyone with less strength than half of this technique's force, or unless they were unable to brace, would be knocked over when hit. Drawbacks: Combination with other techs: increases the heat of Katon jutsu by 50
- ” Earth Style Mud Spore”:
Name: Earth Style Mud Spore Rank: C Chakra Cost: 30 Force: 100 Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Hand Signs: Ram Range: 10 meters Requirements: Description: This technique lets the user summon a river of mud. This technique can have water added to it to speed up the flow and increase its power.
Mud flows from the user’s feet out the direction they are facing. It covers the ground in a 5meter wide by 10 meter long section of sticky mud. This slows anyone who moves across its surface by the force of the jutsu as it grips the opponent feet
The mud can also be used as a source for other doton jutsu
Drawbacks: this jutsu will affect the user if they walk on it Combination with other techs: This jutsu combined with any suiton jutsu increases the force of this jutsu by 100. Should that occur and the mud is used as a source for another doton jutsu that jutsu is tempers by the suiton giving it and additional 200 to it’s physical force. For instance Earth style Earth dragon bullets.

Through a controlled and self-induced unbalancing of various neurotransmitters, the user increases their heart rate which allows blood to flow much quickly which in turns increases their body's speed. At the same time, this increase of chemicals in their brains speeds up their mental processes which entails cognition, critical thinking, fine movements and their reflexes as well. To everyone else, it would either appear that the user is a massive white blob relative to their own body or slowed down time relative to the rest of the world. Name: Kyōmeisen l Resonating Echo Drill Rank: C-Rank Chakra Cost: 25 CC Force: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: N/A Range: 0-30m Requirements: Melody Arm Description: This technique can be used as a blanket term for the majority of Dosu's techniques. The porous metal device located on his arm is used to amplify the sound waves from arm movements to attack his opponent. By generating enough sound, Dosu can use his chakra to redirect the waves in mid-air to his intended target. By damaging the victim's inner ear, the victim is rendered off-balance and nauseous. In the first instance of this, Rock Lee is rendered physically sick by the attack.
By sending the sound-waves through a solid object, this technique can be used to destroy it. Dosu used this to destroy a large tree trunk used by Sakura Haruno in a trap, destroying it on contact. As seen in Dosu's fight with Chōji Akimichi, the sound drill can also be directed through water weight with similar effect. Therefore the greater fat index an opponent has, the more they are affected by this; Chōji, using his Multi-Size Technique at the time, was instantly defeated. Name: Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique Rank: A-Rank Chakra Cost: 100 CC Force: N/A Type: Fuinjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: N/A Range: 0-40m Requirements: Description: This technique is a fūinjutsu that the user places across their chest, and sets it to activate upon their death. It releases four symbols from the user's body that then forms a large, black sphere around them. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the user's corpse. If the target was at the center of the orb is would take 600+ Speed to evade the orbs detonation.
Drawbacks: Can be dodge by moving out of the designated range. Combination with other techs: N/A

Opponents find themselves trapped in a dome that slowly siphons away their chakra and gives it to the user. This reduces everyone who is trapped chakra by 100 every post they are trapped and give it to the user this can increase the user’s chakra over its max. After the jutsu it slowly fades 100 chakra per post until the user returns to their max chakra. The Dome is tempered with chakra increasing its hardness and allowing the user to repair damage to the walls. The User can pay 50 chakra to repair any damage to the walls that did not destroy the wall entirely.
Due to the fact that the only need to expend chakra for the jutsu is to fix damage there is no upkeep cost and there is also no duration. The dome drains until the user ends the jutsu.
Drawbacks: there is a small section on the opposite side of the dome from the user that the user is unable to heal. Combination with other techs: Using the Byakugan the user can move along the outside of the dome to change the position of the weak spot if the enemy is attacking it. | |

Thanks to the released chakra from the seal,The user can even channel the released chakra into another person by extending their markings onto them through physical contact. This in all meaning the markings can transfer to another healing their wounds in the process this can only be done with two other people. Those who hold this seal is also granted a passive boost of 100 Endurance,this increase is passive so it’s always with the user due to having this seal alone.
Creation Rebirth: The absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, created by the greatest of medical ninja, Tsunade, it is the ultimate regeneration technique. By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in her forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. By Tsunade's own claim, as long as she has chakra it is impossible for her to die by any means, as such she gains a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique.
However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, Tsunade and Sakura are basically shortening their natural lifespan. To what degree is unknown, but what is clear is that it is not great enough to cause them to die in battle.

Effect:After the seal is stored with chakra the user is allowed to release the chakra will start to coat through the user healing all the wounds they may have,this allows them to keep fighting even heal others with this technique as this the first level of Creation Rebirth. As the chakra is coursing through the body of the user they get a endurance equal to the chakra stored within the seal if they have 50 chakra in the seal and release it they get 50 endurance etc,this form is S rank so takes S rank amount of chakra to maintain

Strength Of One Hundred: While very similar in nature to its parent technique, which also grants greatly enhanced regeneration, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even the wounds that resulted from the impalement by two gigantic swords through Tsunade's abdomen were completely healed in mere moments after the blades' removals. Use of the technique also requires the release of theStrength of a Hundred Seal, but rather than just covering the face, the markings extend over the user's entire body. As a testament to both its power and her confidence in its healing prowess, Tsunade has decreed that only medical-nin who have mastered this technique are permitted to break the first three rules that govern their role on the battlefield — which effectively prohibit their direct involvement in any conflict — that she herself established. This makes herself and her student, Sakura, the only ones able to break these rules.
Requirement To Unlock-Due to this seal being the mastery of the regular Creation Rebirth and the next and final level of it,to unlock this form of the seal the user must do a training of 6000 words,this don’t have to be done in the same topic but seperately,but to even attempt to use this level of the seal they must complete the requirement and have a Medical tier 5(125 points in medical)
Effect:This seal is the mastery of Creation rebirth like it’s counterpart once activated chakra will be released from the seal and healing the wounds of the user instantaneously and having a more indepth healing than the default level of the jutsu,when the chakra is released from the seal the user get x2 the chakra being released from the seal added to their Endurance for the duration of the technique once it is cancelled so is the boost,with each hit depending on the power of the attack they are hit with their endurance will decrease,showing that they are force to use chakra to heal but the endurance is lowered from the initial strike.
Drawbacks: Can only be used for 5 posts, at max. After the usage, endurance is halved. The maximum the seal can hold is 500 chakra. Each use of Creation Rebirth costs 1 life force, while each use of Strength of a Hundred costs 2. Naturally, these can be gained back over time. Each IC week will give back 1 life force. The Gate of Wonder (驚門, Kyōmon; English TV "The Gate of Shock"), located below the stomach, further increases the user's speed and power. Only after this gate is activated, can a capable user perform the Daytime Tiger. Those who open this gate will secrete glowing green — blue in the anime — sweat from every inch of their body which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people mistake as a chakra coating. Unfortunately, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibres are ripped to shreds, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches them.

The Gate of Death (死門, Shimon), located at the heart, requires the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it. Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Exceeding the power of every other gate, the user is granted approximately a hundred times their normal power, far beyond that of the five Kage, but could come at the expense of their life. Once activated, those who are capable can perform the Evening Elephant and the Night Guy. If one were to die from the effects of opening all Eight Gates, they will crumble to ash, having virtually cooked themselves from the inside-out.

Raiton clone stun should, imo, be one post. Stunning for more than one post is kind of a free kill on one hand and boring to RP for the victim on the other. | |

The defensive qualities of this technique is further boosted by the lack of hand seals required to perform this technique.
The range of force that these gates can block is quite superior to that of the previous Rashomon summonings, and as such, are the same values +350 force. the user must pay the 200 chakra to keep the jutsu active each post.
Drawbacks: must be created from an earth source. The user must hold the bird seal to continue the jutsu, they can move and dodge but no other jutsu may be used while channeling this jutsu. This jutsu requires 2 hands to make the seal (even if the user is able to make seals one handed).
