| OPENING A CASE A case is opened under the following conditions:
- A Moderator has made a ruling on a battle, or technique, or update, or creation etc. that you strongly disagree with. You then are able to, if you desire, open a Level One Case.
- If a Moderator has in some way "wronged you" or you have a major problem against a specific mod or mod(s), you may open up a Level Two Case.
Level One Case: A level one case is done in the following order:
- You disagree with a small ruling regarding something a mod has ruled. You file a case using the Level One Case Template and post it in the Case Forum.
- Two more mods will look at the case relatively soon, and take sides. They approach the case seeing one vote on each side. They may then, objectively choose sides. Three things can happen after that.
- SCENARIO 1:- If it is 1-3 in the favour of the mod, the judgement will be pronounced by an Admin in response to your case. The case is closed, the mods ruling stands.
- SCENARIO 2: - If it is a 3-1 in favour of YOU, than the ruling will be overturned, and it will be reassessed. This does not always mean approval, but usually. You might be asked to change a few things still.
- SCENARIO 3: There is a tie. In this case, an Admin will be informed and will make the tie-breaker decision. Please understand this decision is likely final.

| Level Two Case: A Level Two Case is done in the following order:
- You have a personal issue with a mod; there has been an instance where he/she offended you in a serious manner.
OR you believe a certain mod has "it out to get you". Point is, you have a problem with someone.
- Fill out the Level Two Case Template, and send it via PM to an Admin. The issue will then be handled from there.

| *For Level One Cases - You do not file these for issues about a Mod's ruling in battle. That is left for the Conflict Resolution Cases. You may do this if a mod has made final judgement on a technique, summon, update, etc. Something by you.
*For Level Two Cases - Make sure you file these in private to an Admin. | |
