| Character Name: Leo Halliwell Titles/Other Names: Age: 20 Species: Human Gender: Male Appearance: The Body Leo Hailliwell stands at a total height of 5"8inches and weighs a rather kind 48.9kg, This makes the young attractive male turn out to be what is known as a plank. Tall and somewhaqt skinnier his nimble body allowing for the most athletic of movements. Movements that a body that was larger would be unable to upll off. His skin as a tinted peach color, not as white as freshly laid snow but with a hint of pink. If he were to stand in nothing but his boxer's, Leo Hailwell would show of a somewhat impressive set of ab's even sporting the V like insignia that a lot of woman would moisten over down near his nether regions. The skin he proudly bears is perfect. There is not a single blemish or spot upon the peach tinted skin, not a mole or scar. This is possibly due to the fact that Leo Haliwell is a medical ninja and blemishes or impefections can be fixed through simple uses. Muscles litter his body in the appropriate places as a male whom utilizes his body instead it is a requirement to keep it perfectly trained. Looking at this cheeky man one would find it hard to gauge how strong he truely is just by his body type. Having touched down on his body type before this explains his face type, he holds an average face type more than anything with a somewhat more chiselled jaw than your average joe and a more prominent chin. His nose widens and points outwards slightly though is nothing to be worried about. When examining this shinobi's arms the most prominent feature other than the subtle muscles are the slightly larger and slightly more recongnizable veins that protude a little more than the average, This is intesified when the male clenches his fists which shows off the veins even more. His arms and legs are proportional to his body giving him ample reach and movement. The legs are slightly more beefy showing that perhaps he does use his legs in a more rough way than his arms. Over all his body is one to be idolized in many ways while pushed away in many more. The nails upon his toes are perfectly cut thus showing he uses an appliance for it while he has a tendancy to bite his finger nails. The Face Leo Halliwell's face has a lot going on, or so it would seem, that is why to begin with we shall start from the top. The hair of Leo Halliwell is unusual for it takes on a different shade depending on the weather or the lighting within a room. Originally his hair takes on a vibrant crimson red that can occasionally shine in light wether natural or artificial, leaving a glowing neon red tint. In a vacinity with mild light or barely any his hair takes on a rather drastic change to a light orange perhaps even ginger color, Without the use of the sweatband normally seen upon his forehead the multi color capabiliyt known as his hair can fall down in a naturally straight way. A naturally straight way that many female and males would be jealous off. When his hair is like this the crimson or ginger strands flow in a side fringe like motion most commonly covering his right eye. Through the use of the headband that is almost always a turqoise like brick pattern his hair takes on a much more volume given appearance. Small tufts are generally popping out over his right eye thought this never tends to be a problem while the band pushes the remaining selection of hair upwards. This allows for a more windswept side way appearance that flows heavily towards the left, Of course if this is being done one must give it a little help by runing the hands through the hair pushing it in the direction they wish it to go. More than naught this is the way Leo Halliwell has his hair. A downside to the fact he wears it up more than down is that it shows of his slightly larger than average ears. A genetic flaw he is yet unable to fix. Upon his face the most prominent color is the emerald green singular eye that sits at home within is left socket, Leo Halliwell only bearing a single visible eye upon him. This emerald green eye sparkles if the sun catches it correctly as if it were a transplant from a real emerald itself. His second eye or the right eye is one that is constantly covered by an eye patch, This eye patch is most commonly black in color though can be purchased and worn in a variety of different shapes and appearances. Having different patches for different occassions or celebrations. The patch is not a requirement due to the fully funcional eye behind it. Behind the patch is the Hyuuga Kekki Genkai known as the Byakugan the white eye. It is especially in times like these a plausible idea to hide transplanted eyes whether gained peacefully or violently just in case. Upon activation the pure white eye distorts the eye in a vein like way that is also covered by the eye patch hence why the patches are generally a much larger size and as an added precaution the tuffts of hair that had been mentioned before serves to hide any other give away signs. The feature most used in terms of a non battle scenario are his lips, Lips that many would deem worthy to kiss upon sight and would possibly become heavily attatched under the influence they hold. They are somewhat larger than your average lips as well as the mouth that they hide. This is possibly due to the singing abilities and the myth that a bigger mouth equals a better singer. The white pearl teeth thatare free of any diseases or discolouring reveal a pearly white smile when he does so. His redish tounge flawless and free from any illness shows that his health is a strong point. The Clothing Like many real people clothing does not fully signify who and what this person is, Though for the sake of this young man he does have an outfit that he seemingly prefers over any other, This outfit makes him seem like some random renegade. So let us start with the basic garments, This being the socks and the underwear. To be perfectly honest these are the most interchanable pieces of clothing for the young males outfit as the underwear and socks are both hidden but for the sake of listing them they are generally black and slightly tight. His trousers which are cream or beige in color are only seen at the tops of his thighs though the coloring will most likely have faded upon them. The reason these beige or cream trousers are unable to be fully seen is due to the duel material which from the thighs convert into a grey/black that comes to the knees, the indian style knee boots with a flare at the top are brown in color and support his feet perfectly. A black t-shirt covers him to begin with that covers his abs though what he prefers is the jacket that is incredibly comfortable. It is brown in color with black sleeves though the seams are sewn in a black and red pattern in its wrists. He adores his headband whcih if not on is kept in his pocket while of course the scarlet scarf is covered around him and trails behind him. The smart medic knows full well to remove it during battle though.
Be true to who you are!!
Personality: Though a rather comedic like character and rarely serious he does not seem to have that annoying or shut your mouth tendency, Having an incredibly optimistic out look on life Leo see's the brighter things in the usually dark world, Though this does not mean he is ignorant to the darkness, As all humans he is capable of having his incredibly dark moments or outbursts of rage or tears. Having a large scale of emotions is the thing that makes us human. Wisdom in the terms of street smarts allows Leo to be ready for any situation. Leo is slightly independant but does prefer the company of anything or anyone else. Though in the world ofa shinobi that no longer means simply human like contact, He finds it an almost impossible task to try to mask his true feelings, Sadly who would never be an actor nor a show business like man, Though due to this his medical ability and medical persona people always seem to think of him as genuine and real due to the truthful nature of the red haird boy. He is one of the few people who detests this war and constant battling and pushes himself to become better known in this chaotic world. Leo is an incredibly honorable and kind hearted man. With his love of preserving inoocnet life and saving those dear toh im pushing him on, his dedication to his dream knows no limits nor boundaries. Being a renown medical ninja had always been the only dream that this boy had ever dreamed. Having at an early age read many historical texts and adventures of strong medical shinobi. He being the type of medical ninja he is will offer his help to try to heal as many people regardless of clan affinity. his jopb as a medical ninja not having a restricted boundary his aim is to heal the world if possible. Though do not get this male mixed up for as much as he would lvoe to save the world he is not fooled by those around him, He is not stupid enough to believe every one can be healed whether wound or mentally. He is not the type of medical ninja to not take a life, He will kill if it is a requirement. Being a subtle and nice man he is not the one to go around boasting about his abilities or boasting about anything, He can become rather aggitated and annoyed when people boast or are completely arrogant. He does also get incredibly pissed of when poeple believe themselves to be gods gift, They never undersstand that in a world were shinobi are born every second that one day someone within the large world that is this world would or is stronger. He also detests people who suddenly get everything handed to them on a golden playtter, Working towards a goal is the only way to fully appreciate ones true power or so Leo believes while just randomly getting some biased ability whether genetic or just handed to them does his nut in. he adores the light within people seeing the best in those whom have failed to see it in themselves. Leo Halliwell is a man of trust and honour, A man you can believe in. He knows too well what it is like to lose those you love or even worse he knows what it is like to lose those you had only realzied you loved. Losing his first lvoe just as he had found it he truely knows the pain of heartbreak. Perhaps this keeps him grounded or is the reason for his determination? Power is everything to some shinobi but to him the ability to heal far out weighs power....the ability to love though is somethign that is out of this world. If you have the power to love then you have the ultimate power.
Orphans Diary
Background/History: - A child is found:
Leo Halliwell's mother would sit in her house, her legs fully spread as she breathed in and out. Trying not to focus on the pain or the tears, She was sadly giving birth in an old abandoned building that used to be that of Kirigakure. She had after months decided to venture out and find her husband whom had been apart of one of the clan's that belonged to this section of Kirigakure and thus had been called to fight to keep the territory. His mother hated the destruction of the villages the destruction of structure but this was the world now. This was of course life now. The tears that fell from the females eyes were not from the pain of child birth but from the heart ache that this childs father would not be present for the birth and instead of her being at home giving birth in the happiest way possible she was alone outside and so tired. She couldn't push any more and bam the young child just slid from her opening and the woman could breath again. A sigh of happiness as she slit the chord with the kunai. Cuddling her child she would give a soft breath before kissing her child. As she kissed the child her last breath would leave her body and Leo Halliwell would be forced to cling on crying to the warm corpse of his birth mother. Born with tufts of red hair this young child would cry its beautiful emerald eyes out, as it did its little fists would clench around the mothers top and bawl over and over as if begging for the female to comfort it. Though sadly this soft expression of love was not to be.
Its cries echoed through out the building and its surroundings, Alerting a single male to the vacnity a male with eyes as blue as the ocean and hair as white as snow, A man this red headed child would soon begin to call father, he would with grace climb his way to the floor of the building were the screeches of the child would echo loudest. Allowing his gaze to lift through the broken window only to be somewhat shocked to see the freshly deceased woman and the screaming infant gently moving in he would curl his hands around the infant and bring it towards his chest. He would then move his body back towards the the window and slip out. Having closed the eyes of the deceased mother the shinobi would fly from the area travelling away from the scene that had unfolded the young male making the decision that he would not unfold the events to the young male.Now the heritage of the boy would forever remain a mystery thus he defines himself as clanless in his older age tough his heritage is that of the Uzumaki clan. Perhaps a reason why he feels utilizng certain abilities and jutsu easier. though naturally as his mother whom had left the Uzumaki territory to find her husband sadly passed away after recieving the first and last cuddle of the child that she would recieve, No one would know of his heritage. This being further enhanced by the fact that he is incapable of utilizng the Mokuton and wood style. But back to the main story. Whom was the shinobi of dark hair that had adopted this young baby. Well it was Sora Hyuga a male shinobi of the Hyuga clan whom ran a small orphanage in a neautral land. Why he had been in the area at this time was unkown but he would thank his lucky stars that he had,
- An orphan grows:
I would not bore you with the events that would unfold during his first few years at the Oprhanage, he was a baby whther gifted with Uzumaki ability and a great chakra control a baby is still a babay, Unable to harness chakra properly or even talk properly a babayt is a baby, Its laughable when those within the orhpanage try to spin tall tales of blowing fire or spitting out chakra infused water or whatever bloody elements they chose at the age of only a few months. Impossible is impossible and those who claim to be able to do those things are impossible. No his life as a baby was constant crying and a need for attention. Feeding and nappy changes nothing more nothing less. he wasn't sucking on a kunai like some randim babies appear which simply brings to mind parents who have no parental abiilities or showing superior ninja ability at a year or two old. In fact he was a rather slow learner when it came to the majority of normal abilities. It took him a year and four months to begin to actually walk and he did not utter his first word until he was three. This was due to the friend known as Toru Hyuga the son of this young Uzumaki's saviour. When ever he wanted something Leo would pull on Toru's clothing or prod him in the side before pointing to whatever he needed or wanted. It was a working system for some time but eventually this young child would begin to utter words and more or more ask about things. phe would break out of his shell and would hopefully dratically improve his presence and possible over all worth. Though at only a few years old he didnt really need power.
At the age of six he would of course become somewhat more knowledgeable but as the world crumbled and the academy had failed due to the new structure of the world, Learning about chakra control would be somethign all together hard. It was as if fate shined on him though for his saviour was in fact a medical ninjutsu with chakra control superior to most, Possibly due to the fact that he was a medical ninja or the Hyuga bloodline, Due to this at six year old he would slowly but surely shadow procedures when needed and that would soon show to Sora whom would take an interest in the young males interests of Medical Ninjutsu. He had been the first person to become interested with this form of jutsu and would take the young one under his wing beginning with the chakra control. Though much younger than many academy students would usually begin when something grabs your eye you have to take it. So with shaky handwriting he would constantly follow taking notes of everything he had been told. Watching the view he would also become impressed with the eye ability of the Byakugan, His questions would of course involve the use of the eye and its medical purpose which Sora would greatfully explain. In honesty it was a beautiful eye ability and his questions would be like were can iget one? it was explained that he could not unless a member of the Hyuga clan. This would be the shut down of his questions of the eye though not his interest in the Byakugan itself. At the age of eight his chakra training would begin and this would be in the form of medical ninjutsu turning basic chakra into a healing property that could manipulate the bodies regeneration properties to rapidly re-heal a wound.
- You shall see the world though me:
For the next six yearss the ever growing in body and skill male granted the name Leo Halliwell had begun to show exception skill in the art of chakra control and chakra manipulation, It was known to be an impressive feat and medical ninjuutsu was a rare and unique art of jutsu, He was in love with the medical art of the world and enjoyed healing those whom had been wounded, It was kind of hardened when he was unable to do any major healing right now stuck to minor wounds. He had begun to take his own training into his own hands in the front that would be combat, Transferring his medical ability into fighting styles that he had read about, His most notable ability would be the use of a legendary fighter a hokage of ancient times known as Tsunade. Tsunade was an idol of the young male along with the deciple Sakura Haruno and the Hyuga Hinata all threeKunoichi strong in chakra while two of them had most notably the most powerful medical ninjutsu other than the legendary Hashirama whom Leo doubted had ever lived.his trainign would be with Toru his best friend since like forever. The two had trained in combat together though in Taijutsu Leo had never managed to best the Gentle fist or surprise the Hyuga. He always lost but it was almost always a close battle whern it came to the crunch. Though it was always the Medical Ninja healing the other right. It was always Leo recovering Toru before himself. This same routine this battle of basic taijutsu against Gentle fist would go on though in his solo training Leo began to properly train his body and physical strength even using chakra to enhance it with the Chakra Enhanced Strength ability. it would be the fight were he mastered this technique that he would finally after a close combat attack Leo Halliwell would finally come out on top.
A special mention should be made about the Hyuuga Toru, Toru though focusing solely on his gentle fist style upbringing always made a special effort to spend time with Leo when either of the werent working or training, The two were essentially inseperable whether it came to training or simply just chilling out. The orphanage was in a secluded area though it sat between two warring territories at this time between rouge factions of the Kaguya and Hyuga clan, So whenever they would sneak out to the small lake it would not only be dangerous for the blossoming relationship between the two but also due to the battling that could occur anywere within this vacinity though they would never falter in the mission to meet up at this lake. It was their special place, A special area just for the two of them to enjoy. Leo Halliwell would soon develop an odd feeling...a feeling that in this day and age was still somewhat strange due to the fact it was different. What was this feeling you ask? Butterflies would fill his stomach whenever he was around the milky eyed shinobi, always wondering if Toru felt the same way. Constant night's would be spent wide awake in bed staring at the ceiling trying to figure out these feelings...was he gay, He had never had feelings like this for women in fact he had never truely felt anything for girls like ever down below. Basicly he had never had a boner while thinking of the things straight guys are supposed to think of. Though he had put this down to his work and lack of most females in the orphanage that were attractive. These nights and thoughts would go on for year of his life but the answer would come quicker. You never truely stop wondering if what you are or how you are born is the right way. His struggle or inner turmoil with his sexuality was something he was never sure off, In fact everytime Toru touched him even in a friendly way, like a manly hug or a pat on the arm, Leo would unintentionally shy away.
This would continue though when alone as said without the training aspect Leo would become fully entangled in the butterflies that fluttered within his belly, Sometimes he made involountary movement stroking the arm of is fellow male or resting his head upon the hyuuga's shoulder, These movements would eventually build up to a single moment, A singular first moment. A brush of the lips softly a nervous glance...and then a parting of the lips as the kiss became complete. The first of two kisses. THe butterflies would erupt around his stomach, and bam his dreams would be filled with color and happiness. Was this true love?
At the age of 16 he had shown proficent ability in Chakra Enhanced Strength and basic healing techniques with the poison mist following quickly, It was when he was sixteen that the war between some random people began to cover the orphanage. It would turn out that this battle was between the Kaguya and a few Hyuuga whom took up residence close by and the Orphanage was middle ground, it would be a battle of Kagura versus Hyuga versus the neutral orphanage warriors. Though the orphanage warriors were heavily out numbered but to be perfectly honest they knew it was a lost battle, Leo Halliwell was trying his best though his chakra was running low continiously trying to runa round the battle feield while fighting and healing at the same time. it was like a blur thus the battle owuld soon end and lying bloody and wounded the young Leo would be lying upon the ground, his breathing harsh and fierce he would move his body pushing its limits over and over until he found father and son. The breathing of the son was in a weeping motion and dropping to his knees Leo would pushing his chakra as much as he could run it over the body of the son yet he could not disguise the tears that ran over his face. His vital organs had been punctured....with his skill Leo wasn't able to do anything....The Hyuga that was his best friend was smiling as he rapidly breathed. "I don't wan't to die Leo....but i can see.....i can ...see that you can't help me.....i im scared to close my eyes.." Toru would cry softly. Leo was struggling trying to keep his friend alive but Toru's breathing was rapidly deterorating...."I love....i love you Leo.....i...i want to be apart of you forever....i want.....i want you to take an eye....would you let me see the world as you grow" Toru would ask softly. Without thinking Leo would place his lips upon his best friend. He had hoped they had time to talk about these feelings to talk about being with each other and a future as the protectors of the now demolished building that they called home. Coughs would occur as blood pushed from Toru's mouth...tears being fought the young Uzumaki would not softly as he began the procedure of removing his right eye and replacing it with the eye of his best friend. As if to show a sign of together he would implant his own eye into Toru's and with his soon to be deceased first love in his arms he would simply cry rocking the body as tears mixed with blood dropped onto the hyuga's head. His eyes closed and Leo knew....Toru Hyuga was dead. Touching the new eye the eye he had always wanted......the eye that came at a terrible cost. Power and curiosity was something but he would give it all up just to make today a dream. Days would pass and the bodies of his family would soon hold a grave upon the red battlefield.
- Determination to save the worldl:
Standing upon the old grounds of Konohagakure, Leo Halliwell had to be sneaky, But he had been successful through two abilities. Over the past year he had been training himself to harness the white eye to strengthen it as to him it felt that the stronger the eye was the more powerful the bond that he would hold onto with Tory. He felt as though Toru was watching the world through the eye. Though he was nit stupid now bearing an eyepatch over the eye wide enough to cover every single vein that would pop up, He had also been focusing on every form of Chakra control he could think of and one that utilized strong chakra control was basic chakra sensory which even with the white eye of the Byakugan he had trained the chakra system to the top. With these abilities he had managed to slide into the large ruins of Konoha not sure on who exactly lived here or what clan had fully claimed the territory. But why was it. Why was he sneaking into Konoha in the first place? Well it was obvious he was researching the history of three of his idols. It would be a slow visit to the area sneaking and sliding in and out of the ruins until he found the one he wanted. he found a large almost impecable room filled with books coverd on the floor or should i say scrolls? his hands dashed through the scrolls unti lhe found the one he was looking for. Medical ninjutsu of Konoha created and used by the legend that was Tsunade. He already gained her fighting style by self teaching but the knowledge of her jutsu would be an advantage. Swiping anythign else he could think of this young man would slide out of the old destroyed village and head towards the neautral plains.
In the neautral plains he would read about th jutsu that the legendary sannin knew of and the power of the medical ninjutsu known as Creation Rebirth. Though it seemed he would need to begin training Fuinjutsu. Deciding to do this as he traveled this young ninja would begin to head towards battle fields that had the worst casualties. Though he would never tell the Hyuuga shinobi he had a byakugan something that they may know if they knew Toru though Toru was born the same time as he was it owuld be tough for them to know of Toru, The Hyuga here were different from the ones that he had been attacked by perhaps some plot but he was not one to discreminate, He was one to show his true colors. For the next 3 years while constantly training focusing on his eye and always remembering the love that had passed. The love that was transfered to him though an eye he felt Toru's love and heart within. He would never forget the man who gave him the eye to help his medical ninjutsu to help find wounds to help increase his ability to help. He would not stop he would never halt his power to heal or protect those that needed protecting. Leo Halliwell would save this world....or die trying. He was focusing hard on his training of his physical abilities and chakra resources. Always pushing himself and the eye to the limit focusing on new ideas of medical even focusing on the training of his two elements wind and lightning release. He would not stop he would continue on with Toru as a reminder. "Toru, you have helped me through so much, even after your death.....i love you" he would say to the stars, His journey was no were near over.. In fact it was just beginning. His travels would take him all over the world, Yes thats right he would go around trying to halt the clans from fighting or whatever the hell it is they did. , He woulld be attacked assualted and sometimes praised, Many would put up with his speaches only for him to provide medical care, It was appauling to see how many medical ninjas had perished. Clans required heavy fighters and it was harder to raide medical ninja than hardcore fighters. People just didn't have the time, But a medic is always needed. Perhaps thats why his name of the Wandering Healer became or better known as The Blessing. Whoever gave him that name was clearly loco but he had travelled around and saved many lives from many clans. Perhaps even yours?
During his travels he made a halt in what was known as the Kaguya territory, The Kaguya were a medical marvel, due to the bodies unique and manipulative bone structure would caus any medical genious to be completely and utterly stumped, This would be his true test. Staying with the Kaguya clan due to the fact that these shinobi could not heal themselves from major wounds and could not utilize medical ninjutsu, They needed medical attention greatly and this young male would be thaty medical ninja. It would be a strugglle especially since all this time he would be continiously flowing a small portion of his chakra to the forehead as per the rules and guidlines of the famous Tsunades medical seal. This would limit his chakra output though at the same time due to the double usage of chakra would at the exact same time greatly enhance his chakra control. It was incredibly difficult to work with the Kaguya due to the fact that these shinobi were Kaguya and had a tendency to become un-ruly and physical. Though Leo was no push over and was showing his true power. He would continue to pour over the newly created biology notes that he created thanks to the use of the byakugan, These notes would allow him to fully study the body of the kaguya while requesting dna. He was never allowed to be left alone with the dna in case of implantation. days and days past of failed experiments with his medical ability, He needed to input a different circulation of chakra. It also required a different physical input due to the powerful and enhanced bone structure healing bones of the kaguya which though unlikely it was shown they could be chipped or broken especially by other kaguya. This would be the powerful moment due to the unique form of how they had to be healed Leo would finally have broken the genetic code of the Kaguya and was the first known medical ninja to efficently heal internal damage and poison based techniques of the Kaguya clan. It was thanks to this that placed hm on the map though he planned on revealing these secrets to the medical community the dastardly Kaguya turned on the medical ninja. Those he had spent weeks trying to heal and preserve turned against him. A battle would occur though the young medical ninja had already planned a head for this outcome. His mouth released poison mist and as he was the only one to be able to reverse the effects the bone style warriors were terrified to enter the cloud allowing for a quick and clean get away. This is what but him on the map as a superior medical ninja.

| I have not read this yet, but I just wanted to tell you that I have come to a ruling on your special dilemma.
The Life Force of Senju is genetic. However the PERK is not. It is something you get from being IN the clan. This is tribute to the clans canon specialty; which was fame for having a wide range of "class abilities". IT is something we do for canon clans; give them usually a perk that gives them extra cp points in the class they are famed for being strong in. Senju got +75 for anything because they are known for being well rounded; and were the strongest clan so they got a bit more.
Anyways, if you want to be a rogue Senju who is not in the clan; and does not even KNOW he is a Senju - you are not getting the class points. You get the Life Force from genetics, but no class points. Sorry.
If you would like to join the clan and be a part of it, you may get them. However if not, you must only stay with the life force. This is for all chars. If you are a rogue clan member, you do not get perks. Unless you leave IC after having been apart of the clan. However I cannot promise that will be... a simple process. Do whichever you think is best, and let me know if you have questions.

I am denying Creation Rebirth for now. I am sorry, but I am not seeing how he randomly has such a strong technique. It will be available to learn though; it will be restricted, but you can learn it. And its variation.

Tier - A-4/800 stats. Just FYI, because most people forget, 1/4 of your chakra is added to your stamina. I.E. (+50) next to your stamina at all times.

His personality helps enhance this story as he is not one to hold a grudge, He also knew at that point that it was not the full clan and was rouge factions, He originally held the rouge faction to account not the entire clan as well as the kaguya being somewhat medical marvels the opportunity was to much to pass up. He does not hold the full clan accountable at that point for the actions of rouges. thus he helped them only to be betrayed thus finding out the true colors of said clan. | |

The app was pretty good. I am not giving you Creation Rebirth, but you will have a chance for it. And no it is not because I am being biased towards you, and no, no one else randomly got restricted technique other than staff who got it because of reward. You can have Chakra Enhanced Strength, and I will make a page that tells the boost techs like that give you. However know that it is a S ranked Tai technique. Not medical. No, it is not Ijutsu - it is tai. It does not matter that it reqeuiers "focused chakra" or chakra control; it is tai. The Wikia even agrees.
