Description: The mask is an ancient heirloom dating back to the times of princess Kaguya reigning. When the user puts on the mask the mask will meld with their skin and body, becoming one with the user as it is semi sentient, because of this the mask chooses who can touch it, and if an non uzumaki were to try and touch it their hands would begin to decay instantly, and continue to until they stopped touching the mask, this is because of seals that are etched into the mask that activate when non uzumaki chakra is detected to be touching the mask, when the seals activate the non uzumaki chakra is attacked and the shinigami's power is called to kill and devour the life force of the non uzumaki chakra rapidly, causing the advanced aging. If someone other than the clan leader attempts to wear the mask, the shinigami will be summoned and feed on that's person soul, aging and decaying their body rapidly in the process, until they become no more than wrinkly husks, causing the mask to fall from their face. The mask has the ability to allow the Shinigami to possess who ever is wearing it, though the mask wearer will become unconscious during this time. This allows the user to talk to the shinigami, or have the shinigami talk to others through them. Being the God of Death the Shinigami has knowledge over all who have died and how they have died, as well as those on the verge of death, allowing for the user to gather information on others, or determine a cause of death, when talking to the shinigami the user will be in an unconscious state for a minimum of 2 posts. This possession goes both ways though, allowing the user to control the actions of the shinigami if they wished in order to release the reaper death seal, or perform the reaper death seal without dying. Those wearing the mask can also see the life force of others, and can also by looking at a person see who they have all killed in their life. The user will also be able to turn themselves intangible for a short time (min and max 3 posts) and enter the same plane as the shinigami allowing them to sneak up on others as they will be unable to seen or sensed via chakra signature  or avoid attacks, though they cannot attack others while in this different plane, and once they leave said plane they cannot re enter it for 2 posts. It is traditional for the new clan leader to put on the mask at their crowning ceremony and be taught the secrets of the reaper death seal by the shinigami implanting it into their minds, allowing those who own the mask to learn the reaper death seal for only half the exp or cost. When not in use the mask will store itself within the user and a black seal will appear on the owner's left hand that will look like a skull. The user must simply wave the hand over their face for the mask to latch on to them, allowing for easy access and well as the ability to look like ichigo when he puts on his visord mask.

1- Mask melds with the wielders face when they put it on. If a non uzumaki attempts to touch the mask than the fuinjustu etched into the mask will activate and the life force of whoever touches the mask will be seeped out and whatever part of their body touching the mask will decay and rot as a result. If someone other than the uzumaki clan leader tries to put on the mask then not only will they not receive any of its abilities their soul will also be devoured by the shinigami over the course of one post and their body will age and decay until they are no longer anything but wrinkled husks, the shinigami does not act kindly to non worshipers attempting to use its powers, a 50 life force is drained every time a person other than the clan leader puts on the mask, and if their soul is taken all the life force will be taken and gifted to the rightful wielder. Only the uzumaki clan leader can access any power of the mask as well.

2- Allows the wielder the ability to to talk with the shinigami, or have the shinigami talk through them in order to learn about anyone who had died and how they died, as well as though close to dying. They can talk to the shinigami about other things, but that would mostly be for c/d purposes. The user is unconscious when talking to the shinigami, and will stay in that state for 2 posts. It will cost the user 5 life force to use this ability.

3- Lets a person learn the reaper death seal release, and use the reaper death seal without risk of death, though they do not die from the reaper death seal it will instead cost them 20 life force, though the user has the ability to have the shinigami gift them with the life force of the soul they sealed with this technique. The wielder has the shinigami help teach them the ways of the reaper death seal when they first wear it ,though  shinigami is also knowledgeable in all arts of fuinjustu, allowing for them to learn fuinjustu even easier than regular uzumaki, halving the wc/exp for fuinjustu techniques.

4- While wearing the mask the wielder can see the life force of others, and see who they have killed in their life time, this allows them to tell the difference between clones, or transformations as everyone has different life force, and clones have different life forces from the regular ninja.

5- the wielder can visit the same plane as the shinigami for a short time, a time of 3 posts, while on this plane they will not be able to be seen, heard , or sensed similar to the shinigami. They will not be able to attack anyone while they are like this, and once the leave this plane they cannot re enter it for 2 posts. It will cost them 5 life force per post of being in the plane and they must stay in the plan for at least 3 posts.

6- Mask stores itself inside the user, and can be summoned from a black skull seal on the user's left hand by waving their left hand over their face, allows the user to feel like a visord.  

Drawbacks: Almost all abilities of the mask cause permanent losses to life force. Since the mask bonds with the wielder any damage done to the mask is reflected on the user

Description: The shinigami tantō is the second ancient heirloom of the uzumaki clan dating back to the times of princess Kaguya. While the mask allows you to call upon the shinigami's knowledge, the tantō  allows the user to call upon the shinigami's might. The tantō has the ability to seal whatever chakra it cuts allowing the user to essentially slice through chakra based techniques ans seal the charka with itself, or even stop them from being performed fully by sealing all the chakra before the justu can be completed, if this happens the tantō can gift the wielder with half the chakra it absorbs, and the tanto can also use the chakra to permanently increase it's cutting force by 50 at the cost of 100 chakra sealed within it, the max amount of chakra the tantō can seal at once is 200. The more dangerous ability of the tantō come from its abilities to drain away the life force of things. When the shinigami tantō  tries to slice something with a soul, the blade will simply pass phase through the living thing instead of cutting them, this is because the shinigami tantō drains the life force of whatever it cuts feeding it to the wielder to strengthen them, it cuts the soul underneath the flesh instead of the flesh itself, this allows the user to damage those normally immune to slicing techniques or physical contact in general as it will still be able to slice their soul. Whatever part of a body the tantō phases through will also begin to decay and rot, becoming effected by extreme paralysis and necrosis swiftly, just as they would if effected by the reaper death seal technique and cause excruciating pain in the process. These effects will last for 3 posts on a person and after which their limbs and body will return to normal, only parts of the body can be effected by this at a time, and a person's head is immune to this  ability. The only exception to this is if the the tantō  slices a person's neck as it will actually behead them, as well as suck all life force from them all at once. The tantō also has a sensor of sorts, being drawn to life force of human beings and will glow green when it senses human life force near, getting brighter the more life force it senses and the closer it gets to it, the tantō can sense a max of 30 meters away. The user can have the tantō point in the direction they sense the life force, and in the event it senses two not near each other, it will point to the bigger life force, and in the event that they are the same it will point to both. This allows the user to hunt others easily as well as tell the difference between a clone and a real person as the clones won't share the same life force as the original living thing. Similarly to the shinigami mask, if someone other than an uzumaki tries to use the blade their hands will not only begin to decay away, but they will also have their life force drained away at 80 per post, this is because of the seals etched into the blade that react when non uzumaki chakra makes contact with them, the seals the call upon the power of the shinigami to devour the life force of the non uzumaki chakra resulting in the great amount of decay and life drain. The abilities of the tantō will not be in effect unless in the hands of the owner of the shinigami mask, minus its defense abilities against enemies trying to hold it. The tantō seals itself within the wielder just like the mask only the seal to summon it will appear on the wielder's right hand and it will appear similar to the four symbol seal only white. The user can call out the tantō from the seal with simple thought

1 Seals chakra that it cuts through and gift the user with half they seal, it can increase its cutting power permanently by 50 by infusing 100 chakra from what is has stored into its blade, the tantō can seal a max of 200.

2 When slicing something with a soul it will not cut their physical body, and instead simply phase through them, instead cutting the soul of the living thing and sealing 30 points of life force per slice and gifting the wielder with what they cut, this allows them to damage those usually immune to physical damage or slicing as they are not being physically damaged but spiritually, the only exception to this ability is if the wielder slices the person's neck as they will still be beheaded and all their life force sealed. This only works on things with a soul such as humans, living puppets, summons, the only exception are things imbued with life force, such as mokuton, the tantō will absorb all the life force from techniques such as mokuton and negate the effects of the techniques, the amount of life force taken from those techniques is equal to the justu rank and the corresponding chart below. cost 10 life force each time this ability is used.

So I read these. Before I begin judgin, I want all the abilities of each item neatly place in bullet points and described. I also want the level of ability mentioned; Basic, Intermediate, Advanced etc. For level of power of the abilities. I will then judge them thus...

Mask
-Mask melds with the wielders face when they put it on. If an enemy of the mask or the wielder try to hold or touch the mask their hands will begin to age and decay until they stop holding it. If someone other than the wielder attempts to put on the mask then not only will they not receive any of its abilities their soul will also be devoured by the shinigami and their body will age and decay until they are no longer anything but wrinkled husks. Basic defenses against it being stolen or used by others, so basic

-When slicing at a living thing it will not cut their physical body, and simply phase through them, instead cutting the soul of the living thing and sealing 40 points of life force per slice and gifting the wielder with half of what they cut, this allows them to damage those usually immune to physical damage or slicing as they are not being physically damaged but spiritually, the only exception to this ability is if the wielder slices the person's neck as they will still be beheaded and all their life force sealed. Advanced ability.

- Whatever parts of the living body the tantō phases through will decay and rot, as well as suffer extreme paralysis and necrosis, causing excruciating pain to that body part in the process, similar to the effects of those who survive the reaper death seal, though this only lasts for 3 posts, and after which the body part affected will return to normal, only 3 body parts can be effected by this at a time, and this cannot be done to a person's head. Intermediate ability.

- Has a similar basic defense to the mask in the fact that if an enemy to the user attempts to pick it up their hands will begin to decay, and they will also lose 40 life force per post of holding it. The tantō only has any of its other abilities when in the hands of its rightful wielder. Basic.

-The tantō seals itself within the wielder just like the mask only the seal to summon it will appear on the wielder's right hand and it will appear similar to the four symbol seal only white. The user can call out the tantō from the seal with simple thought. Basic.

The first ability of the mask makes no sense; why does their hand randomly start decaying? Is life force being taken? The mask cannot tell who is its enemy, and their soul being randomly devoured does not quite... fit. The mask is not a sentient being; it is a portal to communication with one. It does not differentiate between who is it's "enemy".
And please tell me you do not seriously believe that is a BASIC ability..........

Second Ability - Ok fine. However while in this state they are unconscious, and therefore open to attack. They must stay in that state for at least 2-3 posts. And that is Advanced. You are able to know incredible knowledge with said ability.

Third Ability - You may use it without risk of death, but the drawbacks must still be severe. Life force is lost (any loss in life force is virtually permanent), and chakra amount is no less.

Fourth Ability - That is Advanced ability. See who they have killed in their lifetime? Yeah, that is a lot.

Fifth Ability - Their soul can ascend, but their body stays. They must stay in that form for at least three posts, and during that time their body can be attacked/destroyed. They cannot attack anyone in this form.

Sixth Ability - Fine, but mask can be destroyed. Its durability is going to be at a slightly higher than basic level - but nothing extravagant. The durability system will be made soon.


Tanto:

First ability - Sure. After that much is taken, nor more can be apparently since it is sealed there permanently.

Second Ability - Idk about that; will think about it. Explain what happens when you "cut" their soul. I have similar ideas myself, but more reasoning behind them than you seem to in regards to this. I do not see how you attack their souls indirectly; and I need to know a defense against this.

Third Ability - No. If it only attacks the spiritual, it cannot therefore affect the physical. You cannot pierce their flesh if the sword only touches the spiritual. This sword is not a little bit of both, but completely spiritual - so that is how it must stay. Denied.

Fourth - Sure. Can sense life forces within a certain range. That range being no more than thirty meters for an intermediate ability.

Fifth - Hand does not decay for no reason; explain that. Until you do - Denied.

Sixth - Sure.


Note: For both of these, I want drawbacks. More than what I mentioned.

There will be a large life-force withdrawal for using the mask. Keep in mind, normally, life force is not recoverable. You cannot train it back up. And if you go too low you die.

For the sword, the damage done to it as well as the mask, affects your life force. Permanently. Meaning that when you use these, your life force is tied into them. So if they are harmed, so are you. If they are destroyed, so are you. And this can never change. The user's life force is PERMANENTLY tied to the weapons. Even if someone else begins to own them.

There will be a life force withdraw to user for just about every ability per post. Especially getting in contact with the Shinigami. It will cost you life force making deals with the devil.

Give me some sample drawbacks and include those I have mentioned as well as responding to the points I have made.

1st- The first ability makes sense in the fact that once the user dons the mask they shinigami is alerted and called, how do you think the shinigami would react to a non worshiper trying to use its powers and abilities? It was gifted to the uzumaki and has only ever reacted to uzumaki chakra, there would definitely be a noticeable difference. I could simply say there were seals placed on it that react to non uzumaki chakra that would cause such effects. This is a basic ability in the fact that is only for defense against it being stolen, no one is gonna have their characters actually touch the thing in a fight if this is in effect.

2nd- fine

3rd- fine

4th- It's a good ability but not advanced, the wielder could simply use the other ability and ask the shinigami who they have killed, it doesn't have much potential offensively in this ability either

5th- What? that is an awful ability then. Why would a wielder make themselves a sitting duck in a fight, that is like using yamanaka mind transfer except you don't get to control another person, if a person is gonna have to pay life force for these abilities they should at least be able to use the mask to defend themselves without using the death seal.

6th- fine

1st- no half of it is given to the user, and it can only seal 125 at one time, there is no limit to the chakra in can store, especially if the wielder is gonna take a permanent loss to life force for all the tanto abilities.

2nd- They cut the soul of the person just like the shinigami does, idk what you need me to explain, the body part cut would probably go numb for a post though as they are essentially losing life in that part of the body, especially if the other ability of the blade is getting removed.

3rd- How is it physically I just said in the ability it phases through. The necrosis and paralysis are side effects of losing essentially the life in those body parts, it did the same thing to orochimaru when his arms were cut, it never pierces their flesh, it is still completely spiritual, this is just but a side effect of losing life in those parts of the body.

4th- fine

5th- Hand decay because the tanto is actually sentient, and can tell the difference between wielders. Again it has reacted to only uzumaki chakra for centuries, any other type of chakra would appear like a threat to it, and naturally it could and would begin to attack said threat by draining life force, the decaying again I could just say is seals placed on it that react to non uzumaki chakra.

6th- sweet

Give me more drawbacks then, I don't have any ideas for them, the wielder is permanently losing life force to use these abilities apparently I don't know what else you want, if people are now losing permanent stat gains.

If the user's life force is tied to the weapons that it should work both ways, the user cannot die while the weapons are still intact, and will essentially become a living corpse, that is fair if It's gonna have this huge of a weakness.

That is fine though I don't know what deals I could make, it isn't like the shinigami can gift ryo or stats, it simply holds knowledge and power over death. Also If I am going to lose life force all abilities than the mask and tanto should give a buff to life force so the wielder doesn't die after using the items a couple times.

Mask:

1 - Fine. However, this is only if they touch it with skin.

4 - Ok.

5 - I had not idea you actually meant to use that in fights. The ability is denied completely. The only way I would allow that is if your were forced to be in that mode for at least three posts and lost life force every post.

I want the mask to state WHY it makes their hand crumble, and how it responds to Uzumaki chakra only. I also want a drawback of life force when using it for each ability. At least ten life force as a base for using it; ten per turn that is.

Tanto:

1 - That makes no sense. Seal=store. How can it seal only 125 at a time yet store infinitely. Denied until that makes any sense. It can store/seal 125 total at a time, and half goes to the user; that is what I gather from that technique.

2 - Cut their soul? Do they die? What happens to them???

3 - Fine. Make sure to put that.

5 - Ok; put that it only recognizes the Uzumaki chakra.



Note: Your life force is tied to your weapons; but you are not invisible with the weapons on. You are able to puncuture peoples life-force anyway, and gain half of it, so yeah. When you are using something this dangerous, and basing it off of life force, you must be prepared for the consequences.

You do not become an Edo while using this mask. No. But if you want some way to access sealed life force that you have taken - go ahead. However there will be a life force cost per post for each of these weapons of at least ten life force. And maybe more depending on the ability.

^^^Think about the latter end of that statement. It SIMPLY holds KNOWLEDGE AND POWER OVER DEATH. I hope you realize that is no "simple" ability, and that you are dealing with a very extreme and rare power. Edit the techniques, and respond if you need to. Make the abilities in a neat bullet point list at the bottom of each tech after the description please.

5- you specifically told me I cannot attack in this form, and could still be attacked and destroyed, it sounds you were thinking it was exactly used for battle, and fine I'll lose 5 life force by going into that form per post that means in total it costs 15 life force to use this.

I'll make up some reason for the hands rotting

1- fine, then how about the tanto can use the other half of chakra to increase it's cutting power if the sealing is a problem.

2- Well no, look at orochimaru and in canon, their bodies are simply damaged and since it isn't the shinigami using it the rotting effect only is temporarary and the life force taken. Honestly it is all explained in canon.

Why would I be invisible? I am prepared for the consequences I am saying the permanent loss to life force is a high enough consequence to use these.

If I am losing life force to activate these weapons, and then losing life force per post to use any of their effects, I am gonna be dead after using these tings like two times, I am suggesting that the owner of the weapons be gifted with 75-100 life force by the shinigami for using these weapons, so they can actually be used more than maybe 2-3 times.

I will edit the techniques, once everything has been figured out.

5 - I was thinking it was meant for battle. And ok, that works.

1 - Sealing is not a problem. I just said that you orignally stated it could only seal 125 chakra. IT does not absorb, but seals. And gives you half.

2 - What does it do when it cuts the soul. Just tell me that in plain terms please.

- You sated that you would enter the plain of the Shinigami and be invisible... YOU said this stuff. I am replying to what YOU have said... So, you cannot be invisible. and inside your own body.

And yes, the life force drawbacks are enough; but I need numbers for the life force drawbacks of each ability. And no, you do not get a boost in life force from using a demon that sucks life force away. You can, however, get life force from victims. And anything you gain is PERMANENT; as is any life force you lose.

1. Tell me how temporary; how long they last. And it only causes this effect where you cut them.
2. The user can become invisible in the shinigami state; but they cannot attack and there is life force lost each turn.
3. That is fine. You can only take it from humans.

BTW, USE means everytime it is in your hand; not just when you hit someone.

The fifth ability of the Tanto is denied, since it is 30 when I said 25.
