Everything in the cube or that enters the cube while this rule is in play have a force of 300 applied to it in the direction of the Vector Arrow(even Angel). Outside the cube the force is no longer applied but momentum carries. Combination with other techs: This is a stepping stone jutsu. It does nothing without the other Rule jutsu. That is why this jutsu is E rank. Each Rule jutsu will apply to this to complete the combo (no bonuses)

| Alright here is my Arc of Time Collection take 2. Split the jutsu into 4 separate jutsu. I'll put them all here in spoilers - AoT Flash Forward/Rewind:
Name: Arc of Time: Flash Forward/Rewind Rank: SS Rank Chakra Cost: 240 Force: Type: Ninjutsu: Space/Time Element: none Hand Signs: Ram Range: 50 meters Requirements: Ninjutsu:125 Angel Hyuuga exclusive. Description: This is the pinnacle of Angel’s Power of Time Control. Arc of Time is a divine jutsu Bestowed upon her by the Time Vortex That allowed her passage. Her skills with Temporal Jutsu are second to none. Arc of Time allows Angel to send an object forward or backward in its time line while still keeping it in the same time. When using this jutsu she is omnisciently aware of the condition of all objects around her throughout their histories and all possible futures (the condition only applies to the effects listed below this is just an explanatory phrase does not give any more ability than what is stated). Using the knowledge she can force an object to that time frame. This allows some very interesting effects to be put on things.
Within reason Angel can control her surroundings time line. By manipulating objects around her along their possible futures or their past, Angel can fast forward or rewind events such as grow plants and foliage from seeds, She can make paint peel, wood rot, And even just manipulate a rock that she throws to return on its trajectory. She can also do the reverse of these effects and anything similar (within reason, Mods can monitor this). These must be natural effects that would happen anyway at some point in time or has happened at some point (in the case of returning a projectile.)
Drawbacks: There are several drawbacks. Angel can only affect one objects timeline at a time. No manipulating everything all at once. If she wants to manipulate another objects time she must repay the cost. This becomes very tiring.

This jutsu does not affect people.
Nothing stands to the power of time. With weapons, armor, items, puppets, even implants, augments or anything else (that a person would put on their character sheet) that would be considered their property she is able to reduce the Endurance, hardness, and sharpness by 500 as a result of the item deteriorating through the passage of time. This cannot reduce their stats below 1. (at the end of the topic the jutsu fades and the stats return to normal]
Drawbacks: Angel must pay the cost for each item she is effecting. This becomes very tiring. Also the user has to be aware of an object and it has to be in the range of this jutsu for her to manipulate it’s time. She also cannot affect something moving faster than her speed.

Chakra is a fleeting thing, a faint flicker in the span of time. It was not always there and it won’t be there for very long. However as it is chakra that she is trying to manipulate with her chakra it has a bit of resistance to the effects. Therefore to effect an opponent’s jutsu with this one Angel must pay the cost of that jutsu as well as the cost of this jutsu as the cost to disperse the chakra. She does not have to know the jutsu this is merely a gage of effort she has to put in until the chakra is canceled. This only works on Chakra within the boundaries of this jutsu’s range.
All physical effects of the negated jutsu will follow normal physics. IE if someone is manipulating a rock the chakra disappears and the rock falls to the ground. If they shoot shards of bone the chakra is gone but the sharp bones are still moving, and so on.
Drawbacks: She can’t cancel chakra she is unaware of. So Genjutsu that affect her without her knowledge will get passed her. This can not effect an opponents chakra inside their own body.

- AoT Restoration:

Angel returns the person’s body to the point that it was or will be in its best condition. This will heal wounds regrow limbs or lost eyes, it also removes poisons from the body or any other negative effects or foreign matter. However to remove something like that Angel has to be aware of it. Requires touching the person. As this has nothing to do with medical knowledge it is not a medical jutsu but a Space/Time jutsu. THIS CANNOT BRING PEOPLE BACK TO LIFE.
This can also be used on mundane items to restore them to full endurance and restore any damage, even after being completely destroyed, as long as there is something left to touch.

Description: This technique is a specialized chakra thread technique that Angel developed due to her years of use of puppets and chakra threads. She has developed a keen knowledge of all aspects of puppetry which includes how to manipulate other chakra threads with her chakra threads. Using this technique Angel uses her chakra threads to attach to the threads of another puppet master or to their puppets themselves.
This jutsu immobilizes up to the number of puppets the user can use of the enemies puppets. IE if the user can use 10 puppets. Instead of controlling puppets with those threads the user can control one of their opponents puppets or threads effectively disabling their control of those puppets or threads.
Drawbacks: while immobilizing a puppet or thread Angel cannot use that thread to manipulate a puppet. Can't immobilize more than 50 puppets or strings. the jutsu only lasts 3 posts afterward the puppets detach from the threads and the jutsu would have to attach the threads again and be reused.
Combination with other techs: hile using Puppet Performance: Skillful Achievement with a Human Body Angel can control the opponents puppets if she is controlling his body.

| Not gonna let that fly I'm afraid. Not only are you nullifying puppets, you're also taking control of not some but ALL puppets. If you could control 100+ puppets, (Which I think your person can do) then no puppet jutsu is usable against it. While I am not thinking that is OP by that much to where I would fully deny it, So change it up a little and give it a bit more of a limit to how many puppets you can steal and a stronger draw back. ALSO Rank this jutsu from B-S. It's a S ranked jutsu to control just 10 puppets. Why is it only costing you B ranked chakra? | |

Cannot be taught, learned, or transferred in any way. Also Angel must be S ranked. Description: This jutsu is derived from Angel’s DNA being infused with that of the Time Vortex. It took her a long time to figure out the specifics of this jutsu. In fact she wouldn’t have even known about it if she had not been experimenting near the place she had entered this time. it seemed that there had been some strange scarring on the rocks and when mixed with water, discovered a strange reaction to the solution. The solution acted as a catalyst to provoke the transformation however with training Angel was able to trigger the transformation with a massive amount of chakra. When Angel activates this transformation, she becomes an entirely different person. She gets new stats, class points, items and even an entirely different personality as defined in this jutsu. Due to the draw backs and the fact that Angel’s personality changes to something so entirely against her ideals for the most part she doesn’t use this jutsu. This is what Angel changes into. While she is changed she no longer has access to her jutsu nor items nor perks - Sephiroth::
Appearance: Personality: Sephiroth maintains an outwardly professional demeanor, but is loyal and friendly to a select few, and has a dry sense of humor. Description: The Blade is merely a sword. However with Sephiroth’s power and Wind and Lightning elements the blade gains an additional 500 sharpness when he is wielding it. The blade, being incredibly sharp can cut the very air. This allows the wielder to create wind blades with the sharpness of this weapon’s sharpness. The wind blades are an arc of wind that can grow to 10 meters wide and moves out to 20 meters before dissipating. Drawbacks: the weapon is incredibly heavy as well as being surprisingly long it would be very awkward to wield. Price: This weapon is a part of a jutsu. When the jutsu ends the blade disappears. It cannot be bought or sold. Abilities/Perks: Ultimate One Winged Angel: Sephiroth is able to move through the air with perfect control at his speed. He can fly, hover, and change directions and the like with perfect control. This is a innate ability and not a jutsu. SOLDIER 1st Class: Due to his Legendary mastery of the sword, Sephiroth is able to wield Masamune with no drawbacks due to its weight or size. He is even able to maneuver it in close quarters fights expertly. Drawbacks: After the jutsu Angel reverts back to her own self and must then heal. Angel is unable to use jutsu, do techniques of any kind, fight, train or do missions until she has written 1000 words times the number of posts she was in the transformation form. 5 posts = 5000 words of healing. While on the Aether plane Angel is unaffected by the things from the physical plane but she also cannot interact with it either, other than light and sound. This being said people can both see and hear her but they will be unable to sense her chakra or touch her. However she is only able to remain in the Aether plane for 3 posts before she is snapped back into this plane
All natural constructs exist in the Aether plane. Manmade objects do not other than what Angel brought with her.
Drawbacks: While in the Aether plane nothing she does has an effect on the physical plane other than being able to be seen and heard. This plane is the origin of ghosts.

Increase the chakra cost just a little as well as add a maintenance cost. Also make a duration of sorts. I can't approve a technique that pretty much makes you entirely invincible to 99.9% of attacks. I say 99.9% because there are ways to still attack you but few shinobi would possess those types of techniques. Therefore, I am asking that you add a simple duration along with what I've previously asked and I will approve it. | |

Each of these rules will be made as jutsu. to help out mods and players a link to this page will be provided on each “rule” jutsu. Once the territory is established Angel may use one of these jutsu to apply a rule to the territory.
Drawbacks: only one “rule” may be applied to the territory. If another is cast it replaces the first.
Combination with other techs: This is a stepping stone jutsu. It does nothing without the other Rule jutsu. That is why this jutsu is E rank. Each Rule jutsu will apply to this to complete the combo (no bonuses)
Drawbacks: Territories is required to establish a territory before applying this rule to it. The whole jutsu is a drawback/balance creater.
