Appearance: Lets start from the ground up shall we.
- ”Angel”:
Angel has always been exceptionally short. It is her first and most noticeable feature. Angel is 4’9” tall. She has been called a midget by many lowlife thugs whose names didn’t find their way to their gravestone. It’s a bit of a rough subject for her but in her adolescence she didn’t grow. She is thin and proportionate and everyone for years thought she was just a child. But her feats on the battlefield and her genius with a wrench earned her respect. Her puppets were second to none and her mind had a knack for strategy.
However she is no exception to the rule that there is always someone stronger than you. When she was young she discovered that person. And the resulting battle was what lead to her name the Ultimate One Winged Angel. You see when she was younger her right arm was destroyed in a massive battle. At the time she studied medical jutsu and she patched herself up in a cave not too far from the battle field. However the War wasn’t over and she needed to return to her comrades. Using a mixture of medical jutsu and earth style jutsu she replaced her arm with a stone she had found in the cave. That Stone she later found was called Lithonite and it had properties that allowed it to store chakra like a capacitor. Pouring her chakra into it she fused the crystalline structure of the stone with her DNA and shaped a working arm out of the Lithonite.
Her arm however was not the only thing to be lost in the trials of war. Her innocence and her pity were also lost with every scar she healed from. Though they were healed and gone they still existed in Angel’s eyes as a reminder that this world was not a forgiving one.
Angel’s hair has been many colors over the years. It was naturally deep red but she changed it many times for one reason or another. Different missions required different approaches especially for a Kunoichi. However now she had settled back to her red her hair was naturally. Her hair always reminded her of her mother when it was this color. Her mother had such beautiful hair. Her hair was always kept short, at shoulder length. It wasn’t just to reduce the maintenance of keeping her hair nice in her rough lice but also because it was simply practical for her in her line of work. Her faded grey Eyes were symbols of her ancestry in the Hyuuga clan. The lack of color in her Irises was complimented by the brilliant color of her hair.
Another interesting quark about Angel was her bare feet. Angel always went without shoes. She had a very close connection with the earth and over the years her feet had become accustomed to the rough ground and the harsh weather. Even in the snow her calloused feet disregarded the cold or the sizzling heat that stone could get in the summer. Angel’s feet were amazingly dexterous capable of doing most tasks with her feet as well as her hands. Her feet didn’t have opposable toes or anything like a monkey, but her toes were as agile and precise as her fingers which developed because of and became another reason to have her feet bare all the time.
- ”Everyday Clothes”:
Angel normally wears a plain white short sleeve blouse and a zip up pink sleeveless vest with a black strip that goes over the shoulders. The Vest was more like a dress though as it went down to about where a short skirt would go to. The dress vest had 2 decreative zippers that went down it’s length on either side of the center zipper. It also had a black belt with two smaller straps that hung from the belt that allowed accessories to be put on like the small bag that she normally carried on her left side. Around her wrist she wore a charm bracelet that was to memorialize her parents. It was a simple outfit that she only really wore while she was inside doing clan work.
- ”Ceremonial Robes”:
She also had the ceremonial robes that were only used in certain situations. The Robes are black with a white trim and white waist sash. The sleeves on the robes were intentionally loose and baggy and extended passed the fingertip about 5 inches. The ceremonial robes were intended to be simple. The robes were worn with wooden platform sandals that would clop when she walked. Out of respect this was the only time she wore foot wear.
- ”Training Gear”:
For training with the younger members and in general for learning new jutsu Angel wore a simple light brown Hakama over a tan kimono. The Hakama ended around her ankles as to allow fluid movement and wide range of motion, as well as allow her feet to be used in combat. The legs of the Hakama are baggy but separated above the knee. The Kimono of the outfit was worn loose and allowed maximum movement. While wearing this outfit Angel also bound her chest as the kimono was loose and the goal was maximum flexibility

On missions Angel Had a special outfit made just for her. Her special fighting style required special attire so that she could achieve maximum efficiency. Her clothes were designed for speed and flexibility as she was a very agile fighter. She wore flexible pants that did not hinder her movements and had special seals sown into the fabric. These seals along with the one on her shirt and gloves allowed her to summon her puppets around her body in specific puppets cases. The pants were black of course. She wore a black sleeveless shirt and a half cape over her crystal arm to conceal the arm which had become a symbol of her identity. Both hands, even the crystal one wears a black glove with the seal inscribed on it. She had a few pouches for weapons and scrolls one on her right leg one on her left hip, one in the small of her back and a sash that crosses her chest, which holds scrolls and other smaller items.
Personality: Angel was a sweet heart who after many deaths that included her parents she became hardened into that of a soldier. But on occasions when she’s gazing off into the future or over the horizon on lookers may see the mix of emotions she successfully hides. Sadness, worry and actual wonder all lay under her cool exterior.
When interacting with her Superiors she acts how you would expect from a soldier of any army, granting respect and loyalty to those above her. She knows the “pecking order” and has learned her lessons in the past but that is why there are very few who have the privilege to witness this personality as few out rank her. Her experiences have made her invaluable on the field of battle and in the War rooms. And because of this most respect her opinion and commands.
When speaking with those beneath her in rank, she acts much like a stern and quiet teacher lecturing with stares and silence. She is widely thought of as the best teacher, though she doesn’t see herself as one. However if a young one clearly out of their depth disrespects her, Angel demonstrates her power in such a way that it puts the peon in their place with as little effort as possible. Angel is very level headed and not quick to anger and holds no thought of revenge. But Her eyes blaze in the spirit of vengeance when blatant injustice it committed.
On the Battlefield Angel is analytical thinking many steps ahead and planning out her opponents moves with accuracy. This is the main reason why she was chosen as the Chief military officer of the Hyuuga clan, and Advisor to the leader. Her Battle sense is acute and time tried. Her Success on the battlefield is derived from her deep ingrained desire to protect everyone, like the sentinel who stands watch through the night ever vigilant in these dark days.
But Angel’s training is not at an end. She holds the belief that the moment you think you’ve trained enough. That is the moment you die. Either figuratively or literally. As this is now her ultimate goal, she spends all of her time developing and mastering new jutsu or old jutsu . She researches frantically trying to find a way to fix the world’s condition. She no longer moves toward anything else. She has no interest in romance or settling down and retiring. She plans to die on the battlefield as a warrior.
Background/History: - ”Youth”:
As a youth Angel did not know her father. Her mother carried her and gave birth to Angel as the newest member of the Hyuuga clan, at the time. She was found to be have an amazing potential for chakra potency and was immediately placed into the training school when she came of age. Accelerating through her classes she graduated in only a couple years being regarded as a prodigy, having mastered even the more complex of the Hyuuga’s hidden jutsu. Sge took the mark of the Heavens as her Pillar, by the old laws of the hyuuga clan. But unfortunately the remarks of praise turned to scorn when Angel took up the Art of Puppetry. Puppetry was not a skill promoted by the Hyuuga who focus their abilities on the mastering of top grade taijutsu. While still strong in taijutsu Angel excelled in chakra finesse and power easily manipulating several puppets at once at the age of 7. Due to this the clan looked down on Angel and her mother, being the loving woman she was, encouraged Angel’s practice and was shunned by the village herself. But never once did Angel’s mother weep or even make a disappointed face. She always smiled for Angel. Even when the doctors told her she was dieing. Angel’s mom smiled and told her daughter that everything was going to turn out great.
After a short time as a genin Angel distinguished herself to a high ranking member of the Clan. While on a mission their group was attacked and Angel’s Skills with her puppets saved the groups life. After this the master class ninja took her under his wing and trained her rigorously and Angel improved dramatically in a very short amount of time. Soon there was a tournament in the village for the promotion of chunin level ninja to the rank of Jounin. Angel entered the tournament and emerged the victor over older more experienced opponents. But the title was granted only to those the Leader approved of. So Angel stood before the Village leader and fought her on equal ground. Angel was 13 years old when she was promoted to Jounin.
However Angel never looked back on her life and decided it was enough. Journeying out Angel came across the hidden land of the spider lords, Shukusatsu. While contracting the spider lords as her summoning creatures Angel was informed that someone of her lineage was already one of the contractors with the Spider lords. And it was her father, who was still alive. Now this was interesting to Angel being she was brought up being told by her mother that her father had been killed in war. But it seemed that the man whom Angel was told was dead was not dead but seemed to be lost or trapped somewhere, for the reverse summoning hadn’t worked. Angel decided that that was her quest from that point on to bring back the man who she was told was her father.
Unfortunately during Her journey Angel’s mother passed away. This hit Angel hard. She had just discovered wonderful news that her father was alive and her mother didn’t last long enough to hear it. Angel threw herself into her training neglecting food and drink and sleep until she found herself in the hospital as well. It was then that angel decided that the mission she was on was not a sprint to the finish but a marathon that she would have to keep up until she made it to the finish. Her actions changed to that of pushing herself to teaching herself. She read and practiced learning every technique in the village and reading every book. She studied war and politics and Economy. And a couple years passed until her focus had strayed from finding her father to the betterment of her clans living conditions.
However the future would not allow that to happen. Angel began to have vivid dreams of the future, a future of destruction. The lands burned and the skies were filled with wrath of lightning and rain of blood. Tornadoes and tidal waves destroyed the peace of the world. The visions greatly disturbed Angel but she was given the instructions in the vision that her father was the key to the salvation of the world. This set her on a course that a few years down the line she would finally find the temporal phenomenon that her father had been sealed away in.
- ”The War”:
After releasing her father, when she was 19,(Who was not of the Hyuuga bloodline as Angel would discover) they returned to chaos in her clan. It seemed as if the Uchiha had attacked a member of the village. Everyone was angry but Angel’s father stepped up to unify everyone calling for peace among the Clan. As a strong ninja in the Clan Angel backed her father’s words and the clan began to see reason. However the Clan leader did not want to lose his dignity in the eyes of the Clan. He ridiculed Angel’s father for being an outsider and for being away and out of Angel’s life for so long. He called in doubt of His character and even his identity. In the end the Clan turned once again to the angered group. They threw Angel and her father from the village in exile.
The War began and Angel’s dad as a powerful Ninja with a specialty in Space time jutsu began to take part alongside his daughter as an independent party fighting for justice. The manipulations and fallacies laid down by the clans were not received by them as fact. Knowledge and intuition drove their position and they fought to be heard in a world that paid no attention to those without a clan. Entering battles to prevent casualties Angel and her father traveled the lands trying to Fix the world. During this time Angel learned the ins and outs of spatial and temporal manipulation and used them to save countless lives on the battlefield. She became a master at the abilities and soon She also used her knowledge of medicine to heal the injured of both sides. But instead of being seen as a saint she was branded a traitor with no conviction to stand by. The world was in a terrible mess. Angel lost her arm in battle replacing it with an artificial, crystal arm she continued to stand by the ideals of peace. They fought in the war for 16 years.
However, soon enough even their powers were not enough and both Angel and her father were felled on the battlefield. Lying dying in a pool of his blood Angel’s father made the ultimate sacrifice bestowing his strength in its entirety granting his daughter a second chance saying to her in sorrow that he was unable to save the world like she had dreamed so long ago. And with his final breath Angel’s father cast a jutsu on her that sent her about 500 years into the future. He died hoping that that act of love for his daughter would in the end fulfill the dreams that she had of saving the world. “It’s up to you now.”
- ”Time Skip”:
Arriving in the year 2002, Angel was completely unaware of what was happening. She had no knowledge of what her father had done for her. But His immense power combined with hers easily since the two of them were so close in lineage. Her power was increased to that of a half god. Discovering this she promised her ancient hero that she would right the wrongs that they could not prevent. The world was a mess. The earth was scorched and the seas roiled the skies were covered in the ash of a million fires. The future she had seen when she was little had come to pass.
As a Hyuuga she was taken in by the clan immediately and was taken care of. Upon speaking with the clan leader, she filled him in on everything she knew. Somehow she convinced him that it was the truth. Angel told him to seek a path that lead toward peace and maybe the rest of the world would follow. “We can change the future, but only if we work together to achieve peace “ It was all Angel wanted and she requested that she help lead the way. She did not demand the Chair of the leader due to the fact that she was not from this time or village. Due to her knowledge of the past and her high intellect in general The Village leader made her his advisor.
It’s been 4 years since she found herself in this war torn era but her abilities only continue to grow. She found that she even inherited her father’s abilities. Making a name for herself she began to crush anyone who sought to bring more chaos on the world. The Hyuuga Clan would soon flourish and gain allies pushing them to the lead of the clans where Angel would use the influence to lead the world back toward peace. She is now 39 years old.

Tier: S-3 As a prodigy and master of a hundred arts Angel is a formidable force to be reckoned with, even before she was cast through time. With the additional power granted to her by her father she is able to transcend mere human limitations.

However Angel does have an arm made of Lithonite, a rare rock that may or may not even exist anymore. The stone channels chakra through its entirety. It is also a part of her so she can move and use it like a regular arm. However being made of chakra infused stone it has an endurance of Angel’s endurance + Angel’s Chakra. -50 chakra to keep arm strong per post. otherwise it hase the same endurance as Angel's body.

Abilities/Perks:Fancy Footwork: Angel’s feet and toes are as dexterous as her hands and fingers due to being bare foot all the time. her feet and toes act like her hands and fingers for jutsu and abilities (can’t do hand signs with your feet. If a jutsu requires touching the ground with your hands you can touch it with your feet. Angel can channel the gentle fist technique through her feet and can manipulate puppet threads with her toes) : Minor
Thread the Needle: Angel is able to use her gentle fist through her puppet strings. If she attaches a puppet string to a Tenketsu she can send a blast of chakra into the chakra point as if she had hit it with her gentle fist style. Additionally when striking an opponent angel can attach Chakra threads to that person. This may be used by other jutsu or abilities. : Minor
Jutsu Mastery:Using her Byakugan and her vast knowledge of jutsu, Angel is able to decipher what any Canon jutsu of her elements or classes by watching her opponent cast it :Intermediate
Dense Chakra lvl3:Due to Having the compounded chakra of herself as well as her father, Angel's chakra is denser and more refined. Har skill with chakra from an early age was also caused by having dense chakra to begin with, due to her fathers potent chakra. Major
