The mini tornadoes spin air rapidly around the users arm creating a shift in air currents in the surrounding air. the vortex is powerful enough to blow away normal non chakra infused smoke and mist in the area. the tornadoes exert an outward spinning force and off shooting tendrils are sharp enough to cut having been repeatedly rubbed against the other chakra in the tornado. This increases the force of the user’s blows by twice the users chakra while adding a tearing force to the blow. Whether the blow hits or comes within a meter the tornadoes tear at the opponent with the rapid rotation and it causes the opponent to be thrown away with a spinning force of the 2x the users chakra. Also the tornadoes act as a small shield knocking away physical forces that comes in contact with them that is less than the pushing force of this jutsu. the user is immune to their own wind forces from this jutsu. (the wind doesn't blow them away or cut them up if that isn't obvious) Drawbacks: Any force that matches this jutsu’s physical force cancels out and any Katon jutsu used on this jutsu is increased in Heat force by 200. If the force of that jutsu is still lower than this jutsu’s force the wind dissipates that jutsu, negating its effects(and heat). Combination with other techs:

Description: This technique was a signature move that her father had taught her on the battlefield that she was never able to do well until she was granted her father’s power. Using her chakra she projects a spherical bubble of temporal inhibitors that restricts the speed of everything in the area with her chakra, that Angel deems hostile. She forcibly restricts their speed through the bubble by twice her chakra stat. This does not lower their speed to less than half their base stat.
Objects moving though the bubble have their time slowed down. They will not fall rapidly or even perceive themselves as slowing down. To someone caught in the bubble they will see the world as speeding up while they stay the same. It’s like they are put in slow motion.
The bubble is invisible to the naked eye though anyone using chakra vision of some kind will see the membrane of the bubble.
Drawbacks: If she is unaware of something within the bubble she is unable to restrict its movement. she must be conscious of the threat. Combination with other techs: not yet….
- Haste:
Chakra Cost: 250 Force: 2x Chakra Stat Type: This is a ninjutsu with a sub type of space/time Element: none Hand Signs: Snake Range: 50 feet radius Requirements: Ninjutsu:100 Angel Hyuuga exclusive. Description: Angel developed this ability fighting alongside her father in the war. Her Father had taught her the ins and outs of what is ok and what to never do when using Space time Jutsu. After many battles Angel developed this jutsu to aid her father and her as they normally entered the battle under their own banner. The technique sped up their existence in history. it wasn't a field of increased time but more of the fact they they perceived everything faster and interacted with the world as if it were in slow motion. When the user thrust their hand into the air an image of a spinning clock appears on the ground under her feet with a radius of the jutsus radius. Any allies within the boundaries of the jutsu can be given an increase in speed equal to twice the user’s chakra as she speeds up their time. She has to pay the cost for each one though. This effect only lasts for 2 posts for each person beginning on their post after this jutsu is used. (the user get's this post and their next post under the effect.) Drawbacks: Combination with other techs: this increases the speed of all actions done by the effected party. So this combos with most taijutsu abilities. It also works really well with Temporal Extortion as it lowers the speed of your opponents.

Chakra Cost: 120 Force: Hardness : 1.5 X chakra Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Hand Signs: Slams hands on the ground Range: 10 Meter Dome Requirements: made from Earth or stone Description: The user slams their hands into the ground causing a dome with a diameter of 10 meters to form in front of them. Opponents find themselves trapped in a dome that slowly siphons away their chakra and gives it to the user. This reduces everyone who is trapped chakra by 100 every post they are trapped and give it to the user this can increase the user’s chakra over its max. After the jutsu it slowly fades 100 chakra per post until the user returns to their max chakra. The Dome is tempered with chakra increasing its hardness and allowing the user to repair damage to the walls. The User can pay 50 chakra to repair any damage to the walls that did not destroy the wall entirely.
Due to the fact that the only need to expend chakra for the jutsu is to fix damage there is no upkeep cost and there is also no duration. The dome drains until the user ends the jutsu.
Drawbacks: there is a small section on the opposite side of the dome from the user that the user is unable to heal. Combination with other techs: Using the Byakugan the user can move along the outside of the dome to change the position of the weak spot if the enemy is attacking it.
- Blink:
Chakra Cost: 120 Force: Type: This is a ninjutsu with a sub type of space/time Element: none Hand Signs: no handsigns Range: 20 feet Requirements: Taught by Angel Hyuuga Description: This was another one of her father’s Signature moves that He taught to Angel which allowed her to become a powerful Ninja on the battle field. Angel is able to Jump through a slipstream that she creates in the fabric of space. The range is terribly limited. She can go no farther than 20 feet in a single jump.
This is different from a body flicker because it does not increase speed and the person does not traverse the space between the jump. The time frame is negligible that the person is not there. Anything that would affect the entire area would not be escapable by Blinking away.
The cost triples but the user can take someone willing that they are in contact with them through the jump. The user can force another person that they are in contact with to come with but the cost is increase to 100 times the cost.
When moving to a nearby space the user cannot jump to a occupied position. these slipstreams have a way with snapping you into an unoccupied spot that is the absolute closest the user was trying to get to without landing the user in something. This prevents the user from jumping into walls and people
Drawbacks: the user only takes what they are in contact with (clothes, pouches, pouches contents, items ect) Also if they are in contact with an enemy they can’t blink away unless they bring the enemy with. Combination with other techs: This jutsu in tandem with the Byakugan can be used to continue an 8 trigrams gentle fist attack if a single blow missed. The user can blink to another side of the enemy to get a clearer shot. If this fails the gentle fist technique fails as normal.
- Puppet Performance:
Chakra Cost: 120 Force: Chakra Type: Puppetry Element: Hand Signs: Range: range of puppetry Requirements: Puppetry 75 Description: The user attaches chakra threads to a dead or living human body. After doing this the user can use the body just like a puppet. This will put that body’s speed at the speed of the user plus any bonuses given by the uses puppet class. If the opponent already has threads attached to them the jutsu can be cast using those threads.
Should the target resist they must have a strength higher than the force of this jutsu.if they do the user is incapable of controlling them. However if the user successfully attaches the puppet threads this jutsu reduces the speed of that person by 1/2 the users chakra.
The user may utilize that person’s weapons and items but not their jutsu.
In terms of puppets the controlled person counts as one of the puppets the user can control. Drawbacks: failure to attach the threads ends this jutsu. As does having the threads cut. Combination with other techs: Combos well with Thread the Needle perk.
- Rasengan:
Chakra Cost: 90 Force: Chakrax1.5=Force Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: - Range: Contact Requirements: 100 Chakra,75 Ninjutsu CP Description: The Rasengan is a powerful A-rank technique invented by the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, which he created by observing the Tailed Beast Ball. Minato spent three years developing the Rasengan; his plan was to take the shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point" and then combine it with his chakra's nature affinity, creating a technique that did not need the aid of time-consuming hand seals to control. He died before he could accomplish this, but on shape transformation alone, the Rasengan is still a very useful, powerful, versatile, and difficult technique to learn and master. Drawbacks: Won’t do much damage unless the user have a pretty high chakra stat. Combination with other techs:-

Chakra Cost: 70 Force: Varies on the user (Chakra x 1.5) Type: Taijutsu l KKG Element:- Hand Signs: - Range: 5 Meters Requirements: Learn from the Clan Head Description: It is a dangerous technique that is appropriately handed down from father to only a single child within the Hyūga clan. It is a manoeuvre of the Gentle Fist fighting style.[2] With the Byakugan's near 360° field of vision, the user envisions an Eight Trigrams circle. Then the enemy within this circle is hit with a series of violent blows. By striking sixty-four of the tenketsu throughout the opponent's Chakra Pathway System, their chakra flow is stopped, making them unable to even stand.
Once someone is within range of the user's field of divination, the user assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack:
First, two consecutive strikes to make two. Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four. Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight. Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen. Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two. Sixth, another thirty two consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of sixty four strikes. The sixth consecutive attack needs a strong step forward, because without it the technique will fail. Each set of strikes is done at an exponentially increasing pace and strength. The attack not only disables the enemy but also knocks them back with every set of strikes. Drawbacks: With this technique if one strike were to miss the whole attack ends. - Kage Bunshin No Jutsu:
Chakra Cost: The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power Force: The Users Stats Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Hand Signs: Clone Hand Seal Range: 600 meters away from the user Requirements: N/A Description: Similar to the basic Clone Technique, this technique creates copies of the user. However, these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by dōjutsu because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra as the original, and aren't made from any other substance like water clones are for example. Drawbacks: The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power

Chakra Cost: 70 Force: 300 hardness, 100 force Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Hand Signs: Range: Personal Requirements: Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.
This adds a hardness of 300 to the users skin and adds a force of 100 to all their physical attacks with their body Drawbacks: Combination with other techs: this increases the striking power of the Hyuuga’s Gentle fist style causing physical as well as internal damage. Blows from the gentle fist style reduce the targets endurance by 10 as well with each blow when this jutsu is active however the extra effort that this jutsu takes to maintain at the same time reduces the hyuuga’s endurance by 5 for each blow.
- Earth Style:
Chakra Cost: 60 Force: 200 density Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Hand Signs: Tiger – Hare – Boar - Dog Range: 2 meters Requirements: a source of earth Description: The user creates a wall of earth to defend themselves. It must form from the earth. The wall can be as large as 20 meters high 20 meters wide and 1 meter thick. It has a density of 250. Drawbacks: must be made from the earth. Combination with other techs: any wall technique used in conjunction with this technique increases the density by 1.5 time the total of the two Walls.

Chakra Cost: 80 / 20 per post Force: Type: Ninjutsu Element: Hand Signs: none Range: 20 feet / 10 meters Requirements: Requires any level of dense chakra higher than 1 Description: The user’s dense chakra allows them to gain an advantage in a fight by allowing them the ability to levitate themselves and also to manipulate other object with the use of their chakra.
The user moves freely at the speed of 1.5x their chakra stat through the air. They are capable of quick direction changes midair as well. However they have a maximum height range of 20 feet.
The user is also able to manipulate noncomplex objects within 10 meters. A user cannot control puppets with this ability but may be able to stop a part of the puppet. The speed and force of this control is equal to 1.5x the chakra of the user.
Drawbacks: if the user runs out of chakra, stops paying or goes unconscious for any reason physics takes over. Combination with other techs:

Chakra Cost: 10 Force: - Type: Ninjutsu Element:- Hand Signs: Ram Range: 0-30m Requirements:- Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. The seal for the jutsu need to be activated each time between uses. 350=Bonus Speed Drawbacks: - Moves From Point A To B,no other actions can be done mid movement. Combination with other techs: -

Appearance: Denial is Humanoid other than the fact that it has an extra pair of arms placed under the first mounted together on the shoulder. The shoulders are built to pivot freely as a ball and socket joint this way the arms can move freely as well as the shoulder being able to rotate allowing the bottom arm to become the top arm if needed. Denials legs also tapered out at the bottom becoming as wide as tree trunks. This allows for the claw mechanism that I’ll explain below. Denial is 6 feet tall and its arms are 4 feet in length from shoulder to fingertip. This makes his arms look surprisingly long for his height but his arms are a majority of its fighting power. The face of the puppet looks like the face of a stoic Sentry but the puppet was made without eyes. The divots for the eyes were built but the puppet was made to look like it was ignoring what it sees.
Description: Denial is the Shield of Angel’s arsenal. Its arms can form a shield on each side of its body by separating the two arms one straight up and one straight down. The arms open up and panels move outward 3 feet in either direction. Then plates extend that are hidden in the arms. The plates slide out the 3 feet on each side of each arm. The two arms then lock together creating a shield 6 foot wide and 8 foot tall. The edges of the shield are bladed and sharp. Rotating the shoulder joint turns the shield into a circular saw.
The waist of the puppet is a High powered motor capable of rotating half of the puppet at 5000 rpm. This kind of torque is hard to control unless the puppet is anchored.
The Legs of denial give the puppet that anchor. The feet have imbedded into it a powerful electromagnet that when activated holds the puppet firmly to any metallic surface. Additionally 3 claws can rotate out of each of the puppets legs and can clamp down or through most surfaces.
Denials chest contains two small cannons that launch specially designed canisters that can create smoke clouds, poison clouds, rain of senbon or other effects built into the canisters.
Denial carries a set of katana, wakizashi, and tanto on each hip, therefore has two sets. Denials arms have the capability to extend an additional 10 feet. This it done by expanding each of the 3 limb segments in the arm by tree times its size.
The shoulder part and each arm individually can be disjointed from the puppet and manipulated separately.

- Anger:
Rank: A Rank Appearance: Anger Is a massive brute. It stands 12 feet tall with a shoulder width of 5 feet. Its face is distorted in that racked to fury. The puppets skin is tough and has a greenish color to it, due to the materials it’s made of. Its arms and legs are massive being 5 and 6 feet long respectively and being a little more than a foot in diameter.
Description: Anger has 1 hidden weapon. It has a compartment that the puppet master can ride in and control the puppet from inside. Its power is derived from brute strength, speed and endurance. Pistons in all its joints increase the puppets strength and speed by 300. The Leather Titanium alloy combination that Angel worked out was made into the skin of the puppet increasing its endurance by 300.

- Bargaining:
Rank: A rank Appearance: Bargain is a Severed hand. That’s what it looks like. It is a grotesque visasge of a hand that was cut off above the wrist. The stump is bloody and what looks like the stump of bone pokes above the mulched flesh. However the Hand is massive. It normally stands and walks around on the fingers when it isn’t hovering ominously it’s fingers twitching strangely. It’s finger nails are sharpened able to rend most materials and even allows the puppet to cling to walls and the ceiling. Around the nails the fingertips look bloody and raw as if the hand had clawed itself out of the grave. Angel built this Puppet as a gruesome foreshadowing, causing her opponents to beg for their life. The Hand however is massive. When standing on its fingers it stands 5 foot tall from ground to stump. It’s fingers are long and boney but proportionate to the hand.
Description: Bargain is the jack in the box of the collection. It’s many hidden tool and abilities are built to not only surprise and kill her opponents but to drive the fear of Angel into her enemies souls. Under each fingernail a 3 foot ninjato blade can slide out. These blades are secured powerfully allowing the puppet to walk on the blades if Angel chooses.
The pointer finger and the middle finger can merge and load a canister (registered separately), held inside the palm of the puppet, into a barrel between the two fingers. Making the gun Shape with the hand the puppet fires the canister.
Hidden Seals in the wrist of the puppet can be triggered to give the puppet a burst of speed via a wind style scroll inside the wrist. The puppet gains a +100 to speed but it only sends it in a straight line for a Maximum of 50 meters.
Panels in the knuckles of the puppet can slide back and 4 Katana blades slide out being 4 feet long. These Katana can be changed out for any Katana like blade with a blade less than or equal to 4 feet.
Each finger segment can separate from the puppet and be maneuvered independently. Each segment has a blade that folds into the finger segment on the palm side of the segment. This folds out straight when the segments are separate or can stick outward away from the palm creating an Iron maiden like effect when grabbing someone.
The interior of the puppets palm has storage for a multitude of items such as paper bomb balls and kunai or senbon as well as canisters and poison vials. All of these can be used in the two finger cannon as well as being applied to the weapons (in the case of the poisons) or simply dispensed out sliding doors in the palm. (for paper bomb balls or cantister). All these weapons and items are purchased separately.

- Depression:
Rank: A rank Appearance: Depression looks like some depictions of death. The puppet is robed in a long black cloak. The face cannot be seen under the hood merely a dark void. Similarly the underneath of the cloak is seen appears to be a complete black void. To those who look on this inactive puppet it would seem that Depression was a floating black cloak. The cloak is extremely long and mysterious. However under the cloak the puppet is actually even more disturbing. The face is distorted in sorrow and the head is deformed the skull extends back and then down ward almost like an octopus. The head is approximately the size of a large watermelon. The puppet has 25 arms that dangle beneath the head with no torso or legs just tons of many, many segmented arms again very similar to an octopus…with 25 legs/tentacles all 8 feet long. The Arms have hands though the arms many segments allow for wrapping around and constricting as well. Description: The puppet it extremely flexible, each arm being segmented every couple inches . the hinges are compound hinge joint and a cylindrical joint. This provides maximum flexibility and maneuverability. Each segment has a hidden blade that slides out parallel to and al long as the segment and only an inch out. However this makes the arms deadly if embraced.
Each arm is also able to stretch out to an amazing length of 30 feet by increasing the length of each segment. The end of each arm has a katana blade that can fold over a couple times and retract into the arm. The blade is 3 feet long and when folded the blade is 9 inches long. This means the last 9 inches of the arms are not segmented.

- Acceptance:
Rank: A rank Appearance: Acceptance is a puppet designed to look completely serene. It evokes the final stage of the act making the enemy submissive and ultimately cooperative. The puppet resembles that of an angel, a woman clad all in white and has massive wings on her back. The wings resemble that of a bird and are 10 foot long a piece. The wings are fully functioning and flexible as birds would be. Her face would hold the expression of contentment, her eyes closed and a large pleasant smile on her lips. The woman herself is a normal proportion of a woman with a height of 5’7”.
Description: The Puppets wings allow aerial mobility for the puppet and one passenger at a speed of the puppet’s speed. The puppet’s wings cannot support more than one person.
The wings can create a gale force wind. It does not require hand seals as it is being channeled through the beat of the enormous wings.
Also in the wings the puppet has compartments that can hold pollen type poisons. These airborne particles can be released from the entire surface of the puppet’s wings.
The puppet’s mouth contains a vaporizer that can turn liquid poison or pheromones or even just water into a cloud with the same effect. The cloud created is a sphere with a radius of 10 meters with the center of the sphere being 10 meters in the direction of the puppets mouth. (Think great fireball jutsu). This cloud also has an obscuring effect that blocks only normal sight.
When the Puppet opens her eyes, the eyes give off a soothing white light. This light triggers a synaptic response in the brain. The result is the victim that sees the light is filled with contentment and a loss of will to fight. The power of this ability is derived from the users medical specialty and chakra through the chakra threads. If the opponent’s chakra is higher than the Angel’s the opponent is immune.
The puppet’s feathers are sharpened. It does not look like it but the wings have a sharpness and can be used like blades in an attack. Additionally the feathers can be shot out like kunai one at a time or all at a time. Each wing has 30 feathers that can be shot at a speed of 200. Once used the feathers are used they are permanently gone. Using all the feathers at once the puppet can create a cylinder of bladed death (this requires all 60 feathers). The attack has a range of 10 meters and a diameter of 5 meters straight forward.

Rank: S rank Density/Hardness: 500 Forces: 500 Type: Chain Sword Requirements: Puppetry 50 to use the chain. 500 strength to use without puppetry Appearance: The weapon is a relic of old times taken from the tail of an ancient puppet master, and fashioned into a sword. The sword is 5 foot long and extremely heavy. Those with a strength lower than 500 would find it tough to wield normally. The sword looks as if the blade is one continuous blade with a design engraved on it every few inches that spans the width of the blade
Description: The Sword is in fact a chain sword. Each of the segments is linked together to the next by a chakra thread. The blade is actually a puppet. Each segment of the blade disjoints, separating the blade into 20 pieces. Each piece is able to be guided at the will of the puppet master, along the chakra thread. the range of the chakra thread that controls the sword is 25 feet.
The hilt has a built in place to insert poison that secrets over the blade of each segment (poison sold separately)
As a puppet this sword gains the benefits of the puppetry class perks
Drawbacks: the segments are the parts that have the hardness and density. The chakra thread can be cut fairly easily with anything that cuts chakra.

Abilities/Perks: Fancy Footwork: Angel’s feet and toes are as dexterous as her hands and fingers due to being bare foot all the time. Her feet and toes act like her hands and fingers for jutsu and abilities (can’t do hand signs with your feet. If a jutsu requires touching the ground with your hands you can touch it with your feet. Angel can channel the gentle fist technique through her feet and can manipulate puppet threads with her toes) : Minor Thread the Needle: Angel is able to use her gentle fist through her puppet strings. If she attaches a puppet string to a Tenketsu she can send a blast of chakra into the chakra point as if she had hit it with her gentle fist style. Additionally when striking an opponent angel can attach Chakra threads to that person. This may be used by other jutsu or abilities. : Minor Jutsu Mastery:Using her Byakugan and her vast knowledge of jutsu, Angel is able to decipher what any Canon jutsu of her elements or classes by watching her opponent cast it :Intermediate Dense Chakra lvl3:Due to Having the compounded chakra of herself as well as her father, Angel's chakra is denser and more refined. Her skill with chakra from an early age was also caused by having dense chakra to begin with, due to her father’s potent chakra.
