Fixing my derp, I read WC instead of exp. Only paying 750 exp for Amaterasu instead of 1.5K, added back the difference.

This is not fair. You're dropping me a rank because people complained? We spoke about this on skype over what you would grade me, you looked over my app multiple times to get a good feel over it. As for this "bonus" I have the skype logs to prove that is false. You said my bonus was Mangekyo, and being clan head. That was discussed AFTER I was approved for S-3. There is no reason why it should drop when I have already allocated my points, and started registering things with a full day passing.

Sigh...

So I will let you keep the S-3 since this is a staff mess up.

This is not due to "complaining" as there were few if any who legitimately complained; but more a mess up on my understanding. I am going to be more black and white on judgement from now on; but you can keep it this time.
