Rank: (What is the rank of your technique? This denotes the difficulty it takes to learn and use the technique. Though this is technically wrong, we use this to tell us how strong your technique actually is as well.)
Chakra Cost: (How much chakra does it cost? Every technique does not cost the same; so gauge this and give us a number(s) for the technique.)
Force: (Check your force tiers to tell us what this is for you. Keep in mind this means force, cutting-power, etc. Check our tier system.
Type: Which class of jutsu is this? If more than one, list them. If it is KKG, mention that too.)
Element: (Which element?)
Hand Signs: (Which hand signs?)
Range: (What is the range of your technique?)
Requirements: (What are the necessary requirements for your technique if any?)
Description: (Go into detail and tell us all it can do. Be orderly and efficient so we can judge accurately. You only help yourself when doing this part better.)
Drawbacks: (What are the weaknesses, or drawbacks the technique has/brings with it?)
Combination with other techs: (How do you combine this with other techs? If you get a good combo of techs going, you could apply for a Reward, so use this.)

JUTSU CHAKRA COST GUIDE:

Sorry for leaving everyone in the dark. Though there is no static chakra cost to techniques, here is a guide you should go by when registering techs of a certain rank. Roughly how much the chakra cost should be.

*Only have chakra costs that are multiples of fives. It makes it easier to count.

Jutsu Ranks: Chakra Cost Average:

D rank = 0-20
C rank = 25-40
B rank = 45-80
A rank = 90-120
S rank = 125-200
SS rank = 200+

Again, this is a basic guide. There will be some techs that cost NO chakra. That is cool; but will be rare. Some will be lower ranked and yet cost a bit more than they normally do. Just please use common sense and be an artist. And if you have help with doing either of those things - don't worry, we will be judging your stuff.
