Description: The user transfers Suiton chakra along a chakra conductive blade and forms a thick layer of water around the blade itself. The water remains attached due to the user's chakra being delivered throughout the entire blade.  The water functions and is used as it's own entity extending and retracting like a whip when the blade is swung. The whip extends and retracts following the user's chakra and is controlled through the blade. The water whip deals damage much in the way a physical whip would.
Drawbacks: Technique only remains active while the water has an undistorted path to the blade.

Combination with other techs: Due to the chakra conductivity of Mokuton produced wood, any technique requiring a chakra conductive weapon may use a weapon in this form.
